Jasmiini Y.False advertisement. The rep, dispatcher were all great with the service. However over the phone I had confirmed with the rep 2 times in regards to the evaluation. I was told the estimate is free and only needs to pay when agree with the work. The company is also aware the drain is located outdoor. The technician came and said it's $50 because he look around and gave us a ""solution"" proposal. Since it's outdoor, the estimate is not free.
This is a big discrepancy from what we were told over the phone. Wouldn't recommend the service and very disappointing.
