Recommended Customer Reviews

it is Christmas day, the sewer clogged in the complex :-( we called up Roto-Rooter , Timothy Otis came onsite on the same day ( Christmas day), with his heavy machines and get the problem fixed! He also kindly explained what the problem is and offered free camera detection for us! It is pleasant experience with great quality; definitely recommend for sewer services.

DO NOT USE!!! A few years late.... I called the 1-800 number but not sure which technician was working for them that day. The guy they sent out was really shady. The job was to fix the leaking pipe in the kitchen and to see if he can change out the drain in one of my tubs for something that was easier to maintain ***NOT TO SNAKE THE DRAIN*** since I already snaked it myself a few days ago. He then proceeded to tell me he can't do it and said he would snake the drain as a courtesy. Later in the bill he tried to add a $60.00 charge for snaking the drain when I already told him no. As he was working on the kitchen sink he took a dozen of the dish towels that I had sitting on the counter and put them in his bag, the towels that he did actually use under the sink he just tossed in the trash along with two rolls of my paper towels. I admit the builder probably did not make it easy but this guy wanted to then replace the pressure valve to my house (which was not needed since they had already replaced it at a previous service when I put in a new water heater). I told him no and he was not happy he then proceeded to cuss me out in Korean.... A very negative experience this time considering I've been using their services for over 10yrs.

I had to call Roto-Rooter after my pipes in my garage backed up having said that I was told they would send someone to my house betwenn 12-3. Well needless to say at 3:30 after no show I called the office to be told ""Oh yes the service guy is running behind 1 hour"". I simply stated a phone call would have been appreciated to tell me that now after a 3 hr window it's now going to be 4 hours.
If your looking for these people to be on time, DONT HOLD YOUR BREATH! I think we should charge them by the hour for being late!
