Terrible service along with horrible customer service. First and last time using them for my plumbing repairs. They flushed my money down the drain! I was charged for repairs and then recharged for the same repairs which were never completed. I had to call a real plumber to ultimately finish the terrible work done by this dishonest company.

These guys wanted $450 to snake a slow bathroom sink drain. When I declined, the price immediately started coming down. Asking if I can do $350 then $250 then down to $200. If they can drop the price like that that means they know it's crazy high to start with. I'll wait for someone who isn't trying to take advantage of me. They might be ok in an emergency but just know you are going to pay top dollar.

Had clogging and plumbing that needed tending too. issues and they responded very quickly and kept me up to daye with their areival times. I was very impressed. Good professional service. Answered all my questions and left me feeling good that my issue was handled the right way by miguel.

I want to get about a big shout out to George and the supervisor eddy.. I had call George on a Saturday and he actually come later in the afternoon. He checked out the problem and told me I will be here Sunday morning on father day With the supervisor Eddie on time. George went out of his way to work on the 7th day to help me. When George have a Leave Eddie took over and finished the job these guys are amazing. I am definitely gonna keep both of their numbers on speed dial thank you guys...

This was a horrible experience after an emergency call. I would assume they are jacking up the price because of an emergency. The first inspector to came out quoted us at $750. Then the field technician came out and said he didn't know what the other guy was talking about and said it should be much cheaper. The third guy that came quoted us $1200 and when we refused, said, ""What? You don't want your water back on?"" Absolutely horrible, please work on company communication.

I called Roto- Rooter on April 21, 2022 for a leak in my front yard in Los Angeles, CA. When the plumber arrived he told me there rate was $440.00 an hour. I allowed him to continue because it was a small job. He had to dig a very very small area and said it needed a new pipe. He had no material with him and said he needed to go to the store he continued to charge me while he went to the store twice. He claimed he bought 10 feet of copper pipe when the job needed 5 feet but he said 10 feet is the minimum you can buy. I told him where is the rest of my pipe I want it, he said he's keeping it. I told him I paid for it I want it so then he told me it was just scrap and it was no good. He charged me incredibly inflated prices for the material and I told him that it does not cost that much. He then told me that that's how they're trained to grossly inflate the prices of everything they do. He then broke a different part of the pipe and after our bickering back and fourth he finally admitted it was PARTIALLY his fault and that he would fix it and only charge me for the part. After his going to the store twice and working extremely slow to replace 5 ft of pipe he charged me $2200 for labor and inflating the price for the material he used he charged me $600. He charged me a total of $2800 for being there a total of five hours and two trips to the store. Why should I pay for his trips to the store and he was gone long enough to have stopped for lunch. So if you want to be ripped off call Roto-Rooter. I am posting this review to warn other unsuspecting people looking for an honest plumber. Don't call them.
