Terrible service along with horrible customer service. First and last time using them for my plumbing repairs. They flushed my money down the drain! I was charged for repairs and then recharged for the same repairs which were never completed. I had to call a real plumber to ultimately finish the terrible work done by this dishonest company.

These guys wanted $450 to snake a slow bathroom sink drain. When I declined, the price immediately started coming down. Asking if I can do $350 then $250 then down to $200. If they can drop the price like that that means they know it's crazy high to start with. I'll wait for someone who isn't trying to take advantage of me. They might be ok in an emergency but just know you are going to pay top dollar.

I want to get about a big shout out to George and the supervisor eddy.. I had call George on a Saturday and he actually come later in the afternoon. He checked out the problem and told me I will be here Sunday morning on father day With the supervisor Eddie on time. George went out of his way to work on the 7th day to help me. When George have a Leave Eddie took over and finished the job these guys are amazing. I am definitely gonna keep both of their numbers on speed dial thank you guys...

This was a horrible experience after an emergency call. I would assume they are jacking up the price because of an emergency. The first inspector to came out quoted us at $750. Then the field technician came out and said he didn't know what the other guy was talking about and said it should be much cheaper. The third guy that came quoted us $1200 and when we refused, said, ""What? You don't want your water back on?"" Absolutely horrible, please work on company communication.
