Over priced and incompetent.
After having the gas company come out to address a pilot light that would not stay lit, the diagnosis was going to be a new control box, which the gas company could not install. When the technician from Royo Rooter arrived we explained what had already been done and that we likely needed a new control unit. The technician didn't even get within 5 feet of the hot water tank -- never laid a finger on it & concluded we needed a new hot water tank too. He left an estimate for the control box & tank. Luckily we got a second opinion from Valley & their cost to install control box was less than 1/2 of RotoRooter. Preying on senior citizens is no way to run a business.
