I'm surprised that a chain company like this was the best for a septic tank drainage. They were not only the cheapest option (I paid around $550 for a 1k gallon tank drain / dig), but the service man was great and the job was done quickly and fairly. They didn't 'milk the time' as I feared and again the price was way better than most the other septic companies I called. I might not use them for regular plumbing issues as I've heard they're really expensive, but for septic drains every few years I'll be using them!!

Our neighbor called to tell us there was water on the sidewalk next to the meter. This is in a vacation home in Palm Springs. Called Rotorooter and they sent out a technician who dug a small hole to expose a leaking PVC water line. He then called to give an absurd estimate of $1800 to repair. I told him to leave immediately and leave it alone. He then demanded $404.
I told him to have his boss call me, I was willing to pay something for him having exposed the leak by digging a small hole but I felt that this was a ridiculous charge. I'm 75 years old and this felt like taking advantage of an elder person. I'm still getting billed for this. The boss never called back. I would have been more than happy to pay $400 for the repair inasmuch as it is simple PVC than is easy to fix, that would have been reasonable. When we called for an estimate, that was the implied cost. I ended up paying someone else $400 to fix it.

The plumber Josiah did a great job! He was clean, professional, and thorough. The job supervisor Josh also came out to consult as we had a complicated plumbing problem due to how these homes were built in the 1940s. He was also very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They gave us a fair price for 2 days of work, and got our kitchen back up and running 100%. Thank you!

In a world with multiple options for every service, it feels rare to see this professionalism (instead of the entitlement we customers often get). I called trying to get a quote and Nancy answered the phone. She was extremely disrespectful and rude. She talked down to me and was very hostile even though all I was doing was asking a simple question. I'm appalled by her behavior and lack of customer service skills. If this is how they treat POTENTIAL customers, I cannot imagine how they must treat current customers. I hope Nancy or her superiors see this and get a wake up call - be better.

We just moved to La Quinta and were dismayed to find the outside drainage system backed up dirty water. We quickly discovered that it was beyond our meager plumbing knowledge. Aaron did a great job at helping us with our rental. We had a leak and his team came in and took the wet walls down and aired it out. (Restore) The tenant even said the whole home smelled better!

I called Roto-rooter after I had been waiting for hours for another plumbing company in Palm Springs , called ""23 1/2,"" to show up. The other company didn't show up and didn't call until midnight that night. Meanwhile I had scheduled Roto-Rooter for the next morning. I want to particularly compliment Josiah Perez who was my technician. He fixed the problem quickly and even explained to me how everything worked, since so I was interested. And then he noticed another potential bigger problem with my pressure valve. So after quoting me a fair price to fix that he did that as well. I couldn't be happier. I will say too that the phone dispatchers were very kind and courteous too. If you are in Palm Springs call this company first!

Christian Torres was great. We had a severe clogged drain that was causing massive backup from kitchen as well as our utility sink and washer. As a new home owner I wanted to learn a few things for future reference and Christian took the time to show me a few things which were greatly appreciated. After he finished the job we asked him about some issues we have been having about our pressure in our water and he was able to quickly find the cause which was that our pressure release valve went bad. We were so thankful to have found this out because last week we had our water heater break that may have been from the pressure, as well as two garden hoses breaking and our shower head. If we had waited too long or if Christian didn't fix the PRV we may have had major pipe repair but he fixed everything within 24 hours. We really appreciate his thoroughness, patients, and reliability. We will use this service again and will be request Christian in the future. Thanks again Christian! -Blue Hill Dr
