The technician that came over was Oscar and he was amazing!

I appreciate the time he took to show me the signs I should look for to know something is damaged, such as a wall or flooring and also showed me where the water meter is and how it looks when there is a leak.

Just great service and the tech listened to my concerns. I am quite familiar with the plumbing issue in my home. I had recently tried to get the job done with some rented equipment from Home Depot. I just didn't have the expertise to work it.

his name is Juan Cervantes. Working in Palm Springs. He saved me 300 bucks .

Our toilet backed up towards the end of the day and Roto-Rooter had a technician at our house within 40 minutes. What was supposed to be a simple fix ended up lasting almost 3 hours.
