Quickly responded to a clogged drain call. Clearly explained what he was going to do and offered alternatives but let us make our choice without pressure. Wore shoe coverings, used the side gate to avoid coming through the hpuse. Very professional service, pleasant person.

Our kitchen faucet has been going for a bit now... this morning I went in to use it... & that was it... no more...so I called my old buddies Roto-Rooter!! They sent me an angel named Joe T!! This guy came in ... cleaned out my puzzle of a sink... then found me a very affordable touch less faucet... hubby went to pick it up & joe started... he finally finished.. & it's gorgeous!! Hip hip hooray Joe!!! I'd recommend joe to anyone who needs anything fixed!!

Let me just say that these people are very polite very clean very nice they show up within an hour do you have a problem I'll be there within an hour we had a big kitchen sink problem the guy looked at it looked under the sink looked at it again it says we can fix it it'll be $750 more like what no after some talking about it we agreed to let him do it he started the job as he was involved in this job about an hour later he called a supervisor supervisor shows up in about 20 minutes looked at the situation says we made a mistake it's going to cost $1600 to fix we talked about it it's made sense we gave the OK didn't like it but made the OK then it was $2000 after we gave the OK he's like no I'm sorry it needs a little more than I thought so we canceled the whole thing and got somebody else and it was $600 and fixed in like two hours I would not call these people again I'm not saying it's a scam but they certainly know their businessb

I needed an urgent service for a tenant occupied property. The plumber dispatched was great and not the reason for this poor rating. He arrived around 11pm and was very responsive. I was, however, contacted by a 2nd person the next day.

I paid $865 to have 2 guys clean the pipe and nothing more. I was offered a ""complimentary"" camera scoping, thus not entitled to a copy of the images. Based on the scoping, I required trenching and a chain-like tool in order to clear the significant clogging. The cost (in addition to the $865) would have been $5200. Any additional damage would be quoted if found, but 50% of the $5200 would go towards additional repairs. I was also told it was inaccessible from the clean out and 1/2 of the 3"" drain was blocked, worst case the cast iron would need to be replaced. $$$$.

We are not sitting on a pile of cash so I paid the $865 (already an ouch) and decided to call in a 2nd opinion from another well-rated Yelp plumber and asked for a video scope. The cost would be $295. I now have the photos and video so I know what is actually happening and it was not as detrimental as described. NOT AT ALL.

I'm happy to report that a simple $365 hydrojet did the issue from a different plumber.

Be weary of being asked to spend $$$$ without evidence - this is a wrongful practice by a licensed individual and naive homeowners may have given in a paid THOUSANDS for a simple job. I will also post this on Google.

I called and within an hour Juan Serrano came to my rescue. He is honest, energetic & smart, with incredible knowledge on plumbing! I had a septic problem and the whole problem was fixed with the help of Nick coming right in time to pump it out. Juan truly did more than expected and went out of his way to make sure I am a valued and continuous customer! Maybe a bit more pricey, but I definitely got what I paid for! I will recommend using this friendly and neighborhood plumber!!!
