As someone in the service industry, I am always amazed by workers who perform both physical labor AND give great service. I had a leaking pipe yesterday and called Roto-Rooter in a panic. Within ten minutes, they told me someone would be out by 2-4pm. Juan showed up by noon! He was super helpful, gave me free estimates, and didn't try to oversell anything. I'll be using Roto-Rooter for all my future plumbing needs!

Amazing service! I recently purchased a condo in Palm Springs, CA and on the second day of occupancy the plumbing backed up. Oscar Rodriguez was dispatched to my place and he took care of everything! Not only was he professional and friendly but he also took the time to explain the issues. Within a few hours he had the drains cleared. So, I tried going through my home warranty to have my commode repaired today, but it would've been almost a week to wait, & they couldn't set a time other than ""between 12:00-5:00PM"" . As a teacher, especially during Covid, I can't just take time off. From the moment I called dispatch at RotoRooter, I knew I chose the right company. Oscar Rodríguez showed up later than the scheduled time, but dispatch let me know that, so I wasn't guessing. When he arrived, he was super professional & friendly & had the commode working in about 30 minutes! I am super happy! Yes, it was pricey, but it was done TODAY & not almost a week from today.

I rarely take the time to write a review but felt I had to share my experience with Roto Rooter in Desert Hot Springs. Mark Martinez showed up shortly after my call and was AMAZING! He went above and beyond to clear my pipes and remove debris from some of my lines. He was very knowledgeable and shared all of his procedures with me. He is such an upbeat guy and is a real pleasure to be around. I was very nervous that he wouldn't be successful but he was confident and persistent. He needed some extra help and called in Oscar Rodriguez, who was great as well. I have been living with slow drains for ages and wish I had called sooner.
