Were the excellent team that came to fix my problem. Professional, courteous, and expedient. I have used this Roto Rooter for years and never been disappointed.

All the plumbing backed up at once, on a Saturday, and with houseguests staying with us---of course! Roto-Rooter of Palm Springs responded quickly! The problem was diagnosed, and due to the severity of the issue, an extensive sewer pipe dig up and replacement was required! The work was done Saturday, all day and evening, and the problem was fixed before the next day! I commend Salvador who stayed on the job through completion! Would definitely recommend this service provider!

We had a pipe burst in our wall and called roto-rooter for help. They instantly replaced the pipe and helped us schedule abatement and repairs with our insurance company.

While the work was being done we also had them replace our very old hot water heater and would like to acknowledge the work done by Micheal who came to our house after another job ran late but stayed past 9pm to get the job done and even came back the next day to check on one last outstanding item.

I'm happy I went with Roto-Rooter after having other plumbers come over and try to take advantage of the situation. It's hard to trust plumbers so when you met someone kind and knowledgeable. You go with that. I'm glad I met Josh.

They responded immediately and arrived sooner then they thought. They went over an estimate and were able to accomplish blowing out the drains for the sewer that probably have never been cleaned since the house was built. Now everything drains fine.

The sink in the kitchen was super clogged. Juan came and cleared the clog and explained everything he was doing. The service is really costly but that is not Juan's fault. Only three stars because of the cost.
