do not use this company. they screwed me and charged me $520.00 to replace two angle stops on friday september 30th.
the owner was an asshole on the phone to me. his name is mark mathis. he told me they charge $325.00 an hour. no one charges that except lawyers!! this is bullshit!!!
They charged me over $467.00 LABOR for 25 minutes. The tech did not have business cards. He had to leave to buy the angle stops. I have never ever been so freaking angry. They raked me over the coals! The owner Mark would not let me talk!

Both Omar and Juan arrived earlier than estimated time and did an awesome job! They both asked what was the problem and did checked both bathroom toilets and immediately knew the problem. They explained to me the problem and what they were going to do to correct it. AS they were working Omar explained what they were doing and both Omar and Juan gave me recommendation on how to prevent the the problem! Also prior to the service being performed, Juan explained to me the cost and type of payment they accept. Finally, they both were very friendly, courteous, and professional technicians. Both Omar and Juan are great examples of outstanding customer service! Thank you very much for taking care of the problem on clearing the main drain system of our house!Can not say enough about Omar and Juan!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Don't let the cheery people answering the phone fool you. They are happy to set up an appointment BUT never show or call. I was texted a confirmation so it was booked. I was told a tech would arrive at 8am. At 9:30 I called and they said it was a window of 8-10am and as ""soon as we can find someone"" they would come out. When I asked what that meant, she said they had to wait until someone ""checked in"". She again said they'd text when on their way. It's now 1pm-no call, text or show. Unbelievable that a business can run like this! I'll never consider using them again.

Unfortunately, my home warranty AHS was unavailable to provide timely support from American home Shield or any other company around . I got support from Roto -Roter they showed up made diagnosis and returned to fix the problem when I could not get support from anyone other plumbing company . The warranty said this company did not represent what they were about . I must agree with that statement. American home shield was not supportive and did not provide any assistance no sense of urgency due to that my house suffered secondary problems. But thank to Roto -Rooter they were able to stop the damage from getting really bad.my technician was Mr. Brett he was amazing. Thank you for your support.

We're renters and we had a drain clog up. After speaking with property management they said we as renters are responsible for any blockages or stoppages, unless it is defective plumbing or tree roots. We set an appointment online and within 15 minutes we got a confirmation call from someone at Roto-Rooter. She was so sweet and confirmed all the info with us. After about an hour she called again and said they have someone available sooner (like 4 hours from our initial appointment time). We gladly accepted the early arrival!! Doug came out and he was super personable, making us feel 100% confident he would help us. After a little bit of time Doug let us know he pulled out some roots from the drain and advised us to take pictures (as did he) and he noted our invoice laying out exactly what the clog was and made sure we had everything we needed to address our property management. Which was helpful for us first time home renters!!
Doug also provided great suggestions to us on how to make sure the drains stay clean and clear!
We were charged exactly what the estimate was for which was a breath of fresh air from all these money hungry businesses. Doug put in hard work to help us out, he was super nice, cleared our drains and made sure everything was clean afterwards.
Highly recommend!! You get what you pay for, great service!!

I normally don't do reviews but after seeing all of the bad reviews these techs were receiving, I had to include my experience with Roto-Rooter. My tech was Douglas and he was GREAT! He came in and assessed my problem, gave me an estimate and got to work. He was very professional, knowledgeable and if I ever needed another plumber, I would definitely call this company again if all of their techs were like him. He came sooner than expected and was done in no time!

This company is using emergency plumbing to extort out of control costs from customers. They refuse to offer estimates and then argue that this is normal. For a job that is less than 2h and one person, with a machine that costs $100 to rent, they offered 850. Their advertised prices are a bait: they advertise $70 but then said a minimum of 250 to pull out stuff from a drain, payable regardless of whether this is successful. Their normal extra price is 250 per hour! If you have an emergency, be prepared to pay multiple times normal cost.

These guys did a recent visit to my home, the were very helpful and professional. My wife's engagement ring was flushed down the toilet by my son and these gentleman came out quick to try and fish it out. They snaked a camera inside the plumbing & tried there best to get the ring back
But unfortunately there was no ring it was to late. But aside from that they were very helpful and would definitely use them again.

Came quick and did the job. A little pricey to remove the toilet and clear out a wad of wipes, but that came the next day and were done in less than 2 glued.

To no surprise when I went to see what they are rated on yelp, it's only 3 stars. Obvious not a 5 star company. To be quite honest, I've used them for many years as I live in a old house with plumbing issues and was satisfied with them up until my last experience a week ago. Every year we need to get our ""clean out"" snaked since roots r growing through it. Every year they do it and there's no problem. This year, a less experienced plumber showed up, Fabian. Since I saved my prior receipt, I knew the prices went up $100 and I asked him to match the rate. He called the office and said he could match the rate as last time but I would have to sign a statement stating that I knew my old house had plumbing issues and he was not liable if he couldn't fix it or if something broke. So I did. What other choice do I have. Long story short. He didn't tighten the toilet down because he said the pieces were broken. Every other plumber said the pieces were difficult and it had to be set in a specific way. So no the toilet wiggles and leaks from the bottom. Not only that, the clog is still there and when I called them back, he showed up to tell me I signed the waiver and he's not going to fix it. He said he cleared most of the roots and did the best he could. Well the best he could did not resolve the issue, as all the plumbers in the past have. When I called the company on Sunday, the very sweet lady said that's not how they operate and said a manager would call me back on Monday. It is now Thursday and haven't heard a peep. So it seems it is how they operate. So if you dare to use this janky company do not use Fabian, as he will leave it more broken then it originally was.
