We have used this company on two different occasions- once 2 years on an incoming line breakage (Zac) and today, a kitchen blockage (Saul). Both experiences were excellent and will most likely use them for replacing all cast iron in the near future.

We were quoted a 2 hour arrival time for our service which I was thankful wasn't 4 or 6 hours. Our technician contacted us within 30 minutes, was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough in completing our repairs. Kudos to this company! Thank you Marisol, Zach and Saul. We look (un)forward to working with you again.

Debbie answered my call she was polite, friendly and professional. It was 3:00 pm. I thought it might be too late but it wasn't. The technician's name was Justin. He showed up at 4:00 pm. He gave me an estimate. I signed and he continued to do the work. My garbage disposal was ""caput"" so I needed a replacement. He had the wrong one. He than went to Home Depot to by the correct model. He called me to give me an update. Home Depot did not have the model on display. They had it in the back and he had to call corporate for an approval. That's what I call a professional. Although, at first glance, putting aside his tattoos on his neck. I thought that he may be a professional. I am ashamed for judging. It is now 8:00 pm. My garbage disposal has been replaced and my drain is working properly. This was my first time using this company. Justine represented the company exceptionally well. He deserves a raise. My overall experience was amazing.

Called 12.20.16 to make an appt for 12.21.16. I was given a 2 hour window from 10am - 12pm. 12pm and I haven't received a call. I call to check on appt. I am told it will be 2 - 3 more hours. Unacceptable. I cancelled and called Rescue Rooter. At minimum, they should have informed me of delay before my two hour time block to wait was expired.

5 stars for Wesley!!! He did a great job clearing our backed up sink. He gets the full 5 stars because he was so knowledgeable and helpful. He could probably sense my husband and I aren't very handy and was kind enough to give us a handful of tips on how to take care of our drains!

I called at 10pm for a main line issue. The guy was very honest with me for price wise and was able to schedule me for a plumber that next morning. Saul showed up within the 2 hour window. Very progressional and also polite and personable. As a single female owning a home who doesn't know much about plumbing, Saul made me feel at peace and trusting of his abilities. They snaked my drain from the roof. The camera guy came out the next day (as he wasn't available that same time/day) and found the cause of the problem and the main ground access point (covered by the deck). Philip (camera guy) was pushy on services and wanting to sign me up to do more. That felt a little uncomfortable. It's almost been a week and so far so good, fingers crossed. They have a 60 day guarantee. I went with this company compared to the others I talked with 1. Friend recommended them 2. Quickest to come out that next day 3. No hassle 4. Went on the roof rather than take off the toilet 5. Military discount

My tenants called at 7:40 pm to say a pipe was broken in the
yard and water was pouring out. Told them to shut off the water, and
I called Roto-Rooter . They did such a great job for me on my home, I
trusted my rental property would be in good hands. Tim arrived within
an hour. Dug up the pipe and called to say it was a irrigation pipe. So
my tenants could turn their water on. He said he would return the next
morning to finish. Did as promised. Fixed the pipe. Left the yard looking
good. No more leaks and a fair price too!

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! I've been pastoring a church for 24 years here in the city of San Diego and to make a very long story short all I can say is stay away! The lies I was told, the inability to perform the work and contracting out to other subcontractors without my permission and high hourly rates for their plumber ($275.00) an hour, please stay away? I believe this one will have to go to court to be settled in the end because I will not get ripped off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had a 2 hour window for service, plumber showed up 2 hours after the window wait time. Technician was professional, but as lots of companies, they don't stuck to their appointment window. Would be nice if the company called to let the client know they are running behind. When I called the dispatcher, was told the technician was running behind but no time was given for an estimated time of arrival.

Roto-Rooter team replaced the blocked sewer line of our home in La Jolla. They were highly experienced and did an excellent job.
We were particularly impressed by the professional services provided by Philip Spear, the QualityAssurance Specialist, and Ivan, who did the superb job of checking and replacing the sewer line in the backyard.
We would recommend them without hesitation.
