Jade M.I had a fairly terrible experience with this company
I was so severely over charged it is outrageous.
They came to snake a pipe - it cost me $650 and they didn't even fix it! (After researching I discovered it costs about $70 from other companies)
They then sent a guy with a camera 2 days later. They had charged me for this service in advisable - $400 for that - which is usually included when snaking a pipe with other companies. Not only that - they brought a camera that was too big for the pipe so we're telling me it was going to take another 2 days to find someone to come back. Still not fixed an $1000 out of pocket.
I ended up calling and canceling the camera guy - demanded my $400 back
My handy man came and replaced a part of the pipe that was clogged. Cost him $40
Just tried to swindle me basically.

Michelle F.A small part on our sink needed to be replace. It took the guy 15 minutes to change the part out. He charged me $416. $391 of that was for labor. So 15 minutes of this guys time is $416?!! I'm in the wrong business apparently. I'll be using local plumbers from now on.
