Not a lot of places were available on a Sunday morning but luckily Roto-Rooter was available. Within 20 min of calling in they had a tech on his way to fix our issue. Enrique Rodriguez showed up on time and resolved our clog and educated us on how our pipes were looking. He assessed the issue and immediately got started. We are very thankful for his hard work and highly recommend Roto-Rooters service. If Enrique is your tech you're in good hands

In May, their technician who came over was great and very helpful, which is why I am leaving two stars instead of one. Yesterday, I called for a follow up to our issue from May bc the problem was occurring again. Over the past two days, I have been given multiple false promises of timing for when the technician would arrive, and they failed to reliably communicate with me about their ETA. They advertise 24/7 service, and when I first called in I asked for same day service, but after waiting several hours for confirmation I was then told for the first time that a tech would not arrive until the next day between 8a-10a. But then, their lack of reliably conveying updates the next day caused me to have to call in multiple times just to get updates and each update involved them telling me later times for estimated arrival. It felt like they were blowing me off even though it is a plumbing issue that needs fixed ASAP in order to have working plumbing. I understand if someone is busy, but giving false promises to someone who is hanging in the wind and stringing me along is disrespectful and unprofessional. I planned my entire workday around their ETAs that turned out to be false promises. I cancelled and called a competitor.

We had a leak in our ceiling on Christmas Day....and roto-rooter sent an amazing plumber out so fast I couldnt believe it! Then the next day, the fantastic Polina showed up to save the day as there was more to the repair. ! Words cannot express the level of professionalism, expertise, efficiency and peace of mind Polina provided!

There was so much guidance and support provided from the scheduling of service techs and response time to any questions or concerns that we had. We have not worried about a single thing because Polina and the team met every task and appointment with punctuality, courtesy and respect for our property. I don't remember the last time I experienced or heard of this level of service, in any industry. Thank you so much Polina and the team. Call Roto Rooter because they do not disappoint!

First time seeking out a plumber and they were quick to respond, even texted and emailed me besides just calling as means of communication throughout the process. Had an in-person consultation, got the work started, and Mr. Joseph Treat and his colleague found the issue in the guest toilet. A piece of cut pipe was lodged in the water line that the builders so graciously left in there, and over time debris built up on and around that piece of pipe which caused the blockage to grow and become worse. The piece of pipe was flushed out and the toilet was flushing as it should be. Thanks Roto Rooter for discovering the issue and for the professional customer service.

Our sewer lateral was backed up. They charged a $400 to come out, assess the damage and provide an estimate. The estimate had exclusions for landscaping and concrete. I asked for them to mark where they would be digging in order for me to prepare for the dig, and plan accordingly. They refused. I have dogs, and needed to build a temporary fence to ensure that they were not in the area where the work would be performed. They advised it would be an additional $550. The bid of $9500 seemed high, but I was willing to have them complete the work since they seemed thorough when they originally came. Needless to say, I will be looking for another plumber to complete the work.

Polina, Marc and Adam are the absolute best! They have the best customer service, and are very informative. Polina is so responsive and keeps you in the loop and lets you know step-by-step what the situation is and what needs to get done. You can text her day and night and she responds no matter what! This week has been a crazy week. I had a slab leak in the kitchen I had no idea what I was going to do. I called Roto rooter and a plumber responded very quickly and informed me of the problems and damages. They sent Marc out to asset the problems and upon talking to Marc he was very informative of the process that was taken place of the cabinets drywall and flooring. He was very quick and respectful. I will definitely be recommending Roto rooter in the future.

Had a small unnoticed pinhole leak in my piping located in my living room. By the time it had started to show outside my stucco the damage had extended into most of the living room and kitchen area. Rotor rooter came within 30 mins of my phone call and found the problem and fixed the leak within the hour.
unfortunately the damage had got to the drywall, underneath the living room tile and the kitchen floor so the restoration crew came to correct all the damage. The list included getting rid of mold, drywall, ceramic tile, vinyl flooring to name just a few items the crew had to handle.
Marc and Ralph were amazing in terms of helping my family deal with the situation. Its one thing to do your job it's another when they help work around my 2 year old with his nap times and wondering around the work zone etc. I was able to openly communicate with these guys and they always kept me informed about the project itself. Just as important when they said they would be at our house at certain times they were on time and always professional. I always appreciated there honesty and again I cannot stress how easy they made it for my family (which is saying a lot when u have 2 dogs and a 2 year old).
This company is highly recommend for the job at hand.
