First time seeking out a plumber and they were quick to respond, even texted and emailed me besides just calling as means of communication throughout the process. Had an in-person consultation, got the work started, and Mr. Joseph Treat and his colleague found the issue in the guest toilet. A piece of cut pipe was lodged in the water line that the builders so graciously left in there, and over time debris built up on and around that piece of pipe which caused the blockage to grow and become worse. The piece of pipe was flushed out and the toilet was flushing as it should be. Thanks Roto Rooter for discovering the issue and for the professional customer service.

Our sewer lateral was backed up. They charged a $400 to come out, assess the damage and provide an estimate. The estimate had exclusions for landscaping and concrete. I asked for them to mark where they would be digging in order for me to prepare for the dig, and plan accordingly. They refused. I have dogs, and needed to build a temporary fence to ensure that they were not in the area where the work would be performed. They advised it would be an additional $550. The bid of $9500 seemed high, but I was willing to have them complete the work since they seemed thorough when they originally came. Needless to say, I will be looking for another plumber to complete the work.

This week has been a crazy week. I had a slab leak in the kitchen I had no idea what I was going to do. I called Roto rooter and a plumber responded very quickly and informed me of the problems and damages. They sent Marc out to asset the problems and upon talking to Marc he was very informative of the process that was taken place of the cabinets drywall and flooring. He was very quick and respectful. I will definitely be recommending Roto rooter in the future.

Had a small unnoticed pinhole leak in my piping located in my living room. By the time it had started to show outside my stucco the damage had extended into most of the living room and kitchen area. Rotor rooter came within 30 mins of my phone call and found the problem and fixed the leak within the hour.
unfortunately the damage had got to the drywall, underneath the living room tile and the kitchen floor so the restoration crew came to correct all the damage. The list included getting rid of mold, drywall, ceramic tile, vinyl flooring to name just a few items the crew had to handle.
Marc and Ralph were amazing in terms of helping my family deal with the situation. Its one thing to do your job it's another when they help work around my 2 year old with his nap times and wondering around the work zone etc. I was able to openly communicate with these guys and they always kept me informed about the project itself. Just as important when they said they would be at our house at certain times they were on time and always professional. I always appreciated there honesty and again I cannot stress how easy they made it for my family (which is saying a lot when u have 2 dogs and a 2 year old).
This company is highly recommend for the job at hand.

Our toilets overflowed in the middle of the night. The work Roto Rooter is doing is still in progress but I want to make special comments about three of their professional employees. Fiberglass showers are on 8 weeks back order. Fidel and Gonzalo, at the direction of Dave Parra, completely built a marble shower stall from slabs of the stone. They cut the marble to tight specs, installed it, braced it until the pieces bonded and made our bathroom look spectacular! Thank you, Fidel, Gonzalo and Dave for your creativity and expertise.

4 years of blockages, back ups, expensive flooding we'd had enough. Multiple local plumbers, handy men and various builders all to no avail. We had thought the problem fixed so had friends to stay only to have a toilet blocking badly spewing its waste everywhere all over our new floors minutes after their arrival....A local business owner advised me to get in a 'proper' company even if it meant they had to travel and you pay for it. We chose Roto-Rooter and to cut a long story short after a day and half(!) the whole problem and problems solved. They have the equipment, the men, the experts and although expensive have prevented us selling the house and have renewed and replaced parts and junctions not to mentioned rid us of terrible root invasion and everything is working really well. If you can have Nicola the project supervisor handle everything.

No one looks forward to calling a plumber, but i have to say i felt very lucky we called Roto Rooter and Nicole Picehel and Jonathan came to the rescue. We had sludge and tree roots in the sewer to clear out.

Everything abour Nicole was 5 star.  She was on time and was prepared to start solving our issues.  She explained clearly what  she was doing with her video camera. She was thorough and patiently answered all our questions.
She knew her job well and got the job done with the help of Jonathan the tech.  Both worked tiredlessly to get the big job done and then some. The following day she followed up, fulfilling everything she promised to do.  Both Nicole and Jonathan worked so hard and never gave up until the job got done.  And what an unexpected surprise, without even asking for a discount she thanked my 95 year old father for his service and gave him a veterans discount. Both Nicole and Jonathan are true assets to their company. They did an all star job ! Thank you for all your help, my 95 year old father and I were very grateful !
