Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We had to call out Roto Rooter to un-clog my parents shower drain. It must have been a bad clog because we did have to call them out twice. But, both technicians did an excellent job. The first one who came out was Johnathan, and he worked really hard to clear out the drain....but assured us that if it wasn't quite cleared, they would come out again within 60 days for free to work on it again. Well, we did have to call them back, the second time, Jesse came out. Again, very professional and kind....and also worked really hard to clear the drain. He also gave us a solution to pour down to help clear any build-up. Both technicians came with masks, gloves, and wore booties in the house. We do appreciate that, considering my parents are in their 80's and not in the best of health. All in all, we were very happy with their service, and would use them again.

We had a clogged kitchen sink and needed help. It took a few visits because it was one heck of a clog (2 boxes of sticky overcooked mac n cheese) but they got it out. They really worked with us on the price, and all 3 of the individuals we worked with were great. We had James, Brian (he was fantastic), and Jonathan (who finally worked out the clog). All wore masks and cleaned up any mess they made. Jonathan even cleaned off the front porch from the water of the pressure hose. And happily I have my kitchen sink and dish washer back. I know if we ever get another clog we will call them again, but hopefully we never have to.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Worst experience EVER! This was my first time calling this company. We had an emergency flooding situation happen and so I called the first number to pop up on google. It was around 6:30pm, I was originally told they would update me with a time but that someone would be out within the next few hours. A little while later I get a text and a phone call confirmation that someone would be out around 8pm because they were experiencing a delay so that was the earliest available appointment time. Well it's now 8:10pm and I get another phone call saying no one would be able to come out until the following day now. I understand things happen, but I waited over an hour and a half on them with a confirmation when I could have contacted another apparently more reputable plumbing company in that time frame. Complete waste of my time! So unprofessional! Will NEVER contact them again. If you need plumbing services pick anyone else.

Had a blockage and they were able to service us the same day and within hours of when I called. The gentleman who arrived was very helpful in resolving our issue and had excellent customer service. Was very courteous and wore his mask to ensure Covid safety.

I called to get a quote to have my water system removed from my residence. This was a quote only. The response was good and they have a tech out the next day. Hector N. was the tech that came to my residence, he was nice, knowledgable, and respectful. After looking at the job he gave a quote but said he would call the officer manager and try to get a lower quote. I heard the conversation as Hector requested to drop the quote by $100.00. Right into the range I could pay. The office manager said, ""If he wants the job done today the take off the $100.00."" Hector told him no the job is to be done at a later date. The office manager said, ""Nope then charge him the full price."" Kinda of rude by the office manager. Now I know the job could have been done $100.00 cheaper then what I was quoted. Hector tired and he gets it. The office manager not so much. I received two more quotes and they were right where Hector was trying to get with the office manager. I will never call them again. Next time don't be so rude, customers are listening.

This is to get the word out to people who may encounter an accident with a Roto Rooter work truck. Be aware that it will take FOREVER to hear back from their insurance (I am still waiting), and they don't even provide the correct information on their insurance cards so they're practically impossible to contact.
I got rear ended last month and still have made no progress in my claim, their company has shown me how irresponsible they are and that I will never be using their services. My cracked bumper is still waiting to be fixed........

Called Roto-Rooter today for a simple clogged kitchen sink. They wouldn't give me a quote over the phone but I decided to invite them out to give me a quote. Two trucks showed up and they asked my wife for $305 to snake the drain and add enzyme. She said that was too much so the offered to just snake the drain for just $250!!! We nixed that plan, called Ready Rooter and they did the job for $125.
Just because a live in a house with a view doesn't mean I should pay double for services.

I called to have someone from Roto Rooter to come out and fix the clog in our kitchen sink. I was told by Brandy that they were too busy to come out the day I called but could come out between 8:00 A.M. and 9:00 A.M. the following morning. I agreed that this was a good time and scheduled the appointment. I woke up early the next morning early and received a call at 8:30 A.M. from Brandy telling me that once again they were too busy and would need to reschedule for the next day. I am sorry but this is a shitty way to do business and I will never call Roto Rooter again for any plumbing issues ever. I recommend that you call any other plumber but Roto Rooter for your plumbing needs. Roto Rooter sucks and can not even service appointments that ""they"" make. What a useless piece of shit company. Don't ""Call Roto Rooter That's The Name, Fuck Them You Will Still Have Troubles With Your Drain.""

We had an emergency arise at home where we needed help clearing out our main sewer line because it backed up into our shower. Matt and Tony came by and did an incredible job at taking care of it. They were knowledgable, respectful, friendly and very efficient. They showed up around 4 pm and I was thinking they would try to work fast to leave as it was getting late. I was wrong, they worked (including digging into my front yard with shovels to find the main line) up until sundown and then, as promised, came back bright and early the next morning to finish the job. Matt and Tony were absolutely what we needed in an emergency situation.

They also had to recommend someone for restoration, as our floor was damaged. They sent out Eddie and Vincent(?) from their restoration department. Same thing. Great work, fast, efficient and with the upmost respect to the customer. I don't wish what happened to us on anyone, but if it does, these guys were perfect for the job.
