Alexander came out to unclog a toilet. He said it would cost $325. I then saw him auger the toilet. I said I want you to remove the toilet he said that would cost me more than $400 and started telling me how much more everything else would be. When it didn't work he called his manager and his salesman showed up ran a camera and said there is something there but its going to cost you more.
He eventually had a list of charges minimum $13000 for a new toilet and up to $4000 for the whole house.
I said no you didn't fix the problem and now you're basically charging over $300 just to give me a bigger estimate.
I refused any more his services made some calls had another plumber come out and in less than 20 min he had cleared the clog out of the toilet for less than what they charged me to do fix nothing.
I called to speak to district manager I have had no return calls.

Both of our sinks filled up with water and I called plumbers looking for help. All of them couldn't come out for several days until I got a hold of RotoRooterCA and they were able to come out that day! I had the greatest experience with Alex and Brian! They were friendly, explained things in terms that I understood and gave me some preventative tips for the future. They even had treats for my two dogs! I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future. Their kindness and compassion really made my day and renewed my faith in the old fashioned service that there used to be! Made appointment and They called to push it back a few hours, then never showed up or called, until next day at around noon asking if i still needed services lol no thank you!!!!

I had Matt put at my property yesterday after drain master came out and lied about a cracked sewer pipe that flooded my apartment. Matt came in professional and fast and cleared the line with a camera when drain master said that they couldn't get the line cleared with a snake cause of pipe being cracked so I had to sleep all night with sewage in my bathroom from the mess drain master left. I called while I was at work and was told that I would get help the same day I figured it would be very late in the day and I was wrong.
