We had a plugged up drain, called Roto-Rooter. They were here very fast , within 1 hour, and got the drains working quickly. Jeranimo worked quickly, was very polite and professional. It was not as expensive as other companies we have used before. I am very pleased with Roto-Rooter and Jeranimo.

I don't usually give out 5 stars, but I will make an exception on this one. Matt came out on time and gave us GREAT service. Above and beyond the call to duty. Our sewer is so clean now, you could almost eat breakfast on it... well, not quite! I would have given RR 4 stars just on price, which was higher than I expected. But Matt explained that the ""one hour, under $200"" deal was probably on flat, 50-foot terrain, like on your average Concord lot. My situation was to clean out a 200+ foot drain on a steep lot, with severe root intrusion at about 175 feet. That's a tough job! In fact, I called several other plumbers before RR, and they ALL said they didn't snake over 100 feet. Call somebody else... so I did. Thank you Matt and RR. You did a great job, and I would have you back in a New York minute!

HORRIBLE SERVICE... I called at about 530pm because my water heater was leaking and I was told that they would have a person out at my house between 7pm and 9pm. At 9pm I called to see if they were still coming out since I had heard NOTHING. The person who answered the phone (Dawn) cut me off and said that the guy was on his way. At 930pm I called back and Dawn answered again. I told her I wanted to cancel and she told me that the guy was less than a mile away (how convenient). Anyways when I told her that I still wanted to cancel she stated in a very, very snotty attitude that canceling was my prerogative and hung up on me. This is the worst customer service I have ever gotten! I will be taking my business elsewhere. With so many people in the plumbing business it is not necessary to put up with bad customer service.

Well, my dog discovered that the plastic pop-up line lid was off, and so she began feasting on the sewer debris backing up from the main line in our front bushes. I made an overnight online appointment with Roto-Rooter, and they had Abraham out here around 9 am snaking and clearing out the clogged sewer line for about 65 feet from house to street. He double-checked that the flow was unimpeded by turning on all of the faucets and toilets in the house, and finally cleared up any debris. It took all of 45 minutes work, and I got a 10% discount, too! Despite using Roebic Root Killer every six months in the line, Abraham said that the roots would still cause a backup every few years. Solid work and advice!! Thanks Roto-Rooter!

I have had previous great experiences with Roto Rooter, but was so disappointed by a recent service call. The technician was clearly inexperienced, and had to call the foreman-insisted my simple snake out job was a two man job. Paid over 300 bucks AND they screwed up my phone line and I have been without internet for 4 days. I called to complain, and the receptionist was dismissive. Will not call them again. Angry.

We have used Roto-Rooter twice to clean out our gutter and yard and drainage system. Both times the work was thorough and efficient. We have an extensive, mature drainage system requiring yearly clean out of new root growth. For your drainage problems, this is the outfit to call. In Danville area call 925-838-6400. Our new home's area drain was clogged due to the season's first rain storm and we had standing water in our driveway. I called RR and they immediately put us on their day's calendar. 5-Stars! As hard as it is to find a good mechanic for your car, it is even harder to find a good plumber. Richard from Roto-Rooter Concord is the one!
I had a pressure pump leak over a weekend and after paying another 'East Bay' company for a visit and assessment - they never returned my calls back leaving me 'high and dry' (or in this case very much wet).
Thanks to Yelp, I found Roto-Rooter of Concord and got a visit from Richard. He was very professional, punctual and hard-working. He worked tirelessly to try to find out the source of the problem with the pump. Unfortunately, after partially disassembling the unit it seemed as we needed a new pump. But what about the leak? Well thanks to Richard experience, he was able to bypass the faulty pump by devising a set of shutout valves. His craftsmanship was really amazing and you could see he really takes pride in his line of work. He always had a professional and calm attitude and was really patient to explain what he was doing. Thanks, Richard!

Totally amazing service. All of my yard drains were backed up. Yard was flooding. Very complex system and we had no idea how the drains went from the yard to the street.

Day one they spent 3+ hours working on the problem. Worked into the dark and cold wind. Snaking and working stuff out. On day 2 they brought out a camera and extra snakes. In the end they gave me 6 hours work for the cost of only 3.

I will never use any other plumber. Now a customer for life.
