I am so impressed with Pablo Garcia, he came out to my house and was extremely courteous and professional, he had a wealth of knowledge and took the time to explain to me all the details so that I would have a clear understanding of my situation. Daniel M. did an amazing job. We had three separate plumbers come before him and each just made things worse. Daniel was the first one able to get to the root of the problem. He worked late into the night to make sure he didn't leave without the problem being fixed. He even went above and beyond by communicating back and forth with my landlord who was being really unfair and accusatory and didn't want to pay. He kept in good spirits the whole time and really saved the day for us. Thank you so so much.

Excellent reliable company. Had a sewage backup Saturday night. Told my tenant to call Rotor-Rooter. They came out promptly. After the weekend I went to the apartment to check out the work. The job was not completed. I called Rotor-Rooter and spoke to Mike the manager. He said he would send someone out the next day to take care of it. I checked the next day and it was completed. I will continue to do business with this responsible company.

This is to get the word out to people who may encounter an accident with a Roto Rooter work truck. Be aware that it will take FOREVER to hear back from their insurance (I am still waiting), and they don't even provide the correct information on their insurance cards so they're practically impossible to contact.
I got rear ended last month and still have made no progress in my claim, their company has shown me how irresponsible they are and that I will never be using their services. My cracked bumper is still waiting to be fixed........

Yesterday I specifically requested someone who knew how to install a toilet. The technician who showed up declined to provide this service -- said he didn't have the expertise. Today I was told someone with the necessary expertise would show up somewhere between 12 and 2 pm. By 5 pm no one had shown up. This installation was required at the home of my very elderly mother who lives 45 minutes from me. So for 2 days in a row I made an hour and half trip for absolutely nothing. My advice is to steer clear of this company.

I wanted to thank service technician RAYMOUND RIDRIGUEZ who came to use at 6PM after working in the wee hours with a great attitude and expertise that unclogged our dean and reconnected the pups so we would avoid having the same problem again. He was tremendous in his customer service and was extremely professional since we had been out of service for several hours. Because of RAYMOUND, we are loyal customers of Roto Rooter Paramount!

Heads up. They charge $275 an hour. Complete rip off. $775 to change a small pipe. Please do yourself a favor and stay away and use a company that's honest and won't rip you off.

Terrible experience. Took them two days to come to house. They kept on telling me they were running behind. Finally they just show up at my door. I show them the problem and they look at each other and then tell me that its 190 to check because now its not a quote. They have to look for the problem. What? Wait two days and you don't want to look for problem. NEVER AGAIN!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

On Christmas DAY ... the cleanout clogged with weeds ... discovered it when the downstairs shower drain ""burped"" several times (apparently) and water flooded the bathroom, hall and into my home/office ... I checked the cleanout connection in the garage and there was water ""pooled"" around the screw cap in the garage ...

A friend gave me this business ... so ... in spite of the ratings ... I called and ""Dr."" Andrew, [the plumbing doc] ;-)) appeared about 2 hrs. later ... sure ""enuf"" it was the cleanout ... he ""rooted"" the line and inserted a camera to check for roots ... the pipe is clay and weeds ""know how"" to ""git"" in there ...

While the""burping"" was resolved ... Andrew recommended lining the pipe to prevent root clogging in the future ... which I'll probably do ...

I'm grateful for the speedy response, for ""Doc"" Andrew's knowledge, training, SENSE OF HUMOR, and helping me clean up the water. Andrew is one very ""good guy"" ...

Perhaps, some of the plumbers are not as well trained as Andrew is or are not as client caring ... for me I'm indeed ""a happy camper""
