I would not recommend this outfit. The service call was scheduled for 9 AM. When the plumbers arrived at 12:30 pm, they said they were held up because they had to get special parts. The plumber's response to me saying, ""You guys are 3 1/2 hours late"" was that he never told anyone he was going to be there at nine. He said his shift didn't start until nine. Anyway, neither the plumbers, nor the main office wanted to actually acknowledge that we were told someone would be there at nine. No one was willing to take accountability for the 3 1/2 hours of my waste of time. They all had this attitude like, ""What's the big deal? So you had to wait a few hours!""

Very thankful for Roto Rooter coming to the rescue to clear my clogged main sewer drain. My plumbing was backed up on the evening of Jan 1st, which apparently was a busy time for plumbers. I called several places, and only Roto Rooter was able to send someone out that night. The technician, Victor, was very polite and professional and explained everything to me as he was getting roots out of my line. There was no extra charge due to being late at night or on a holiday.

D O NOT EVER USE THIS SERVICE! The plumber, Paul, was so inefficient, and didn't know what he was doing. He didn't bring the tools with him. Broke a shut off valve. Charged us extra to fix it. It cost $752 to fix a small leak under the sink in our condo. He charged us $547 per hour. It should be less than thirty minutes to fix a small leak. Our usual plumber was busy, so we thought we tried this service for the first time. Never saw any plumber so inefficient and clumsy before. He was extremely rude as well. The invoice said this is a commercial building, but this a residential condo in a small three story building. First and last time using this service!

Arrived within 45 minutes of my call. Completed snaking of two cleanouts (kitchen and laundry) that were completely clogged. A bit more expensive ($175) than normal ($120), but reliable and professional without playing any up-sale games. 3 stars because of higher than normal cost.

The company's plumber quoted us an exorbitant price to fix a simple leak in our kitchen sink and then added that he couldn't be sure his work would actually repair the problem, but we would be charged the same exorbitant price even if it did not. We sent him on his way.

Charged $420 for an extremely easy job that literally took 20 minutes. I had no choice to use them because the neighbors water had to be turned off from the leak we had, and no time to get another plumber. When I questioned the inflated price to the service guys they were rude and abrasive. Stay away from this service, crooks.

I scheduled an appointment online to have an estimate given for a mainline sewer cleaning. Technicians showed up and quoted me $440.00 to run the snake down the line whether they were able to unclog the line or not. Not a good Value and very deceptive.

Scheduled them to fix a company sink. They came to assess. They were supposed to call/email me with the estimate. 1 week later nothing. I called them back to status and the representative didn't even show the plumber had been to our office the week prior. The specialist was going to have someone call back and no one ever came back out to fix/replace sink.
