I called Roto Rooter in Escondido...they passed me onto the Roto Rooter that covers Valley Center Ca.I was told they would be out between noon-and three.They just called me to say they cannot be out to unclog the drain until the am.I have another company coming...STAY AWAY FROM ROTO Rooter In VALLEY CENTER CA

I had to call Escondido Roto-Rooter over the weekend due to my drain pipes backing up. Within a few hours, Jaime showed up ready to fix all my problems. Upon removing the toilet it was evident that I needed a new flange because the old one had corroded due to a bad wax seal. I also found out I had a bad angle stop. Jaime was quick, efficient, and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to explain everything to me. He even interacted really well with my kids who kept popping up to ask a million questions. I am always worried that I am going to get taken advantage of when it comes to these things, but I am very confident that Jaime was there to help me, not charge me for unnecessary procedures. I highly recommend Jaime and Roto-Rooter!

So, I had a clogged drain in the kitchen that needed to be cleared ASAP. I googled plumbers and Roto-Rooter came up so I gave them a call.

I called the Escondido office. I was advised that they didn't service Poway and transferred me to the office that serviced my area. That was the El Cajon office. They told me that I needed to call the Escondido office. So I called them back. They gave me a number to call which I did. It happened to be the El Cajon office. So I called the the El Cajon office. The gal I spoke with apologized and was going to see what she could do and call me back. 15 minutes later she calls me to advise that she was still waiting for a manager to call her back. That was the last I heard from them. Never heard back. I guess they didn't want my business.

Needless to say that I was very disappointed. I called Anderson plumbing which I have dealt with before. I should have called them to begin with. At least they follow through.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my Father-n-Law. He called Rotor Rooter because water was flowing out of the over flow pipes. Jose came out ran the snake through 9/26/18. Not long after he left our toilets started to back up and the toilet started bubbling. We called him back and told him to run the snake to the city line. 10/3/2018 we call because the paper states he has a warranty and the box is checked for 6 months. So he called again and gets jaime he came ran a snake again (took him forever to find our home because the person who took the call gave him the incorrect address). Today 11/9/18 I was in the bathroom laying new flooring I heard the toilet bubbling and there goes the toilet over flowing, very randomly! He calls Rotor Rooter to get them to come out like the warranty states since it's the same unresolved issue and the person told him it is up to two visits. The paper they give you is very misleading!!! She stated on the back it says it. However they need to redo their paper because I can only image how many people think they have a warranty good for 6MONTHS when really they dont! For someone who is in there 70s and on a limited income they should have been more specific instead of fine print on the back. If it sounds too good to be true, it is! They have not fixed this issue and havent even given any other options of what to do to fix it other then snake it. CHANGE YOUR PAPER WORK PEOPLE!!!

We have a few family owned restaurants and have had emergency issues where Roto-Rooter has come in and gotten the problem fixed in a timely fashion with average market prices.

I'm forgetting the individuals name that has helped us (hispanic male), but he answered the call for both our issues and he was very nice, professional, and helpful.

we had a clogged shower drain and a questionably clogged kitchen drain, my husband called these guys and they sent something out within an hour! Mike, the plumber who came out was extremely pleasant and totally professional. he took care of the issue quickly and thoroughly and let us know that we have a six month warranty on both of the drains he fixed, and we can call them back if we have another issue in the near future. We asked for his card because we intend to use these guys in the future.

I needed help with the sewer pipes on a house I had just purchased in Ramona. The house had been sitting vacant for six years and pepper tree roots had invaded the house and yard sewer pipes going all the way to the city main line. I called Roto Rooter after having no success with All Express Plumbing. Roto Rooter arrived on scene in less than 2 hours of my phone call. They used a cutting cable rather than high pressure water which can damage residential lines. They worked diligently cutting roots, finding buried cleanouts and kept me informed on progress every step of the way. They were professional and cleared my sewer lines at a reasonable rate. What a difference between plumbing companies! The reason I am only giving them 5 stars is because yelp will not let me give them 100. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter in ESCONDIDO. Called early as water was pouring from a line under my bathroom sink the lady on the phone told me they would be able to fix it that afternoon at 3pm they called and said they wouldn't make it today! Water has been pouring out all day and they left me with no options as all other plumbing services in town were already booked! No reason given as to why they couldn't call in a reasonable time for me to find another company I have been a long time customer and feel this could have been handled better!

Great experience all around (except for the clog itself). I had a main sewer line clog which I discovered in the morning. I called them, and they came out immediately and had it fixed before noon. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful, and the rates were reasonable. I couldn't have asked for more.
