Aaron from Roto-Rooter provided great service. He was prompt, professional, and easy to work with. Best of all he was and able to resolve the clog in our clean out quickly. The price is a bit high hence minus a star, but at least I got good service for what I paid.

1950 home re-plumbed by Roto-Rooter Monterey. Water input to final output needed attention and I wanted licensed qualified tradesmen. After four decades of motel ownership and maintenance I felt this firm always brought really good plumbers let alone sewer workmen. My job was hard and many skilled decisions were made to fix it right. I was happy there was no nonsense. These folks worked hard in brutal areas and still manage kind courtesy to my family. Chuck, Miguel, Tony, Juan, Dave and all reception I have dealt with over the years, you are five stars. It is always nice to feel you get what you pay for so again many thanks.

This is a case of the most predatory pricing I've ever seen. A simple drain cleaning and adjusted valve for $700!
The technician was there for an hour! Come on! And this is the 2nd time. I will never use them again.

They were quite late but the plumber fixed the problem and didn't charge for parts since he was in fact late. Did a great job on a hard to fix toilet! I recommend them

They came out to fix a bathroom drainage problem for a house we just acquired. Not sure how long the house had been vacant but we know from experience, stuff solidifies in the lines when the plumbing is not used in awhile. Technician spent hours under the house trying to find the drain only to find out it was a separate system (found out we had two working septics). In any case, he couldn't clear it past a certain length so he had to call a jetter in to do the job. It cost significantly more than originally quoted but when we discovered the sink was running slow again a few days later, they didn't charge us. In the first case, cause was the main line to the septic, in the second case, the actual sink and shower were clogged. Technician said that since they were separate issues, the warranty didn't technically apply; however, he said his manager told him not to charge us. Not once, did they do work without quoting and asking us first. I think the technicians as well as the office have been very professional

Roto Rooter sent out service technician Abran within the time frame they promised. Abran was courteous, respectful, and clear in what he intended to do, what he encountered, what was needed and how much it would cost. He was considerate of my home and my time. I trusted him, and I appreciated his demeanor and his service. This is so important.
