Tyler did a great job! very informative and knowledgeable about the job. The service was quick and Tyler got the drains cleared out and draining properly in no time. Dave also came out and provided his experience and made the whole process come together even better. I would recommend their service to anyone who needs it

Zero stars!! A few months back, I had a leak under the bathroom vanity
Marcos the technician went out and supposedly fixed my issue with a SHARKBITE which he buried and i looked up on plumbing code's and is not supposed too. Surely a couple months later my pipe busted again and they sent out their manager, he came out and gave me ridiculous 40,000 quote to repipe my house. Then later on called me and said he can do it for 25,000 cash. Under the table. My wife recorded the whole conversation for evidence.
I did end up getting my money back but I would not recommend christian mendez for being a crook and trying to get me for 25,000 cash for himself and who knows how many people he actually does it to.. very sad
and marcos rivera for being a inexperience technician and trying to get upset with me when i called him out on the sharkbite
I will be reporting christian mendez to the bbb for robbing people for a ridiculous amount of money for plumbing. never calling Roto rooter again

we had Roto-Rooter out for leak detection of a broken water pipe in the back yard. The leak detection was $1,700 plus tax. Unfortunately, rather than finding a leak they flagged an electrical line as my water leak. The leak was 2.5 feet south of the electrical line. when contacting the company I was told no refund would be given because leak detection is not to locate the exact loc of said leak. however, the water line, once we got to it, was broken clean in half and had holes in the pipe? After speaking with other plumbers, the technician should have been able to locate the leak exact location. I now have to deal with Edison and the water company because of roto rooter failing to do the job they were hired to do.

On 7/1/03 our kitchen sink became clogged after hours so we had them come out. First we were quoted over $400 and I said ""no way"" the price then came down to $200 as per the technicians supervisors new quote. A small snake was first used but wasn't long enough to reach the clog. We then agreed to the $451 larger snake. Because of it's diameter size it wasn't even able to reach as far as the first smaller snake. When I said ""then we will be paying the $200 plus $79 quote fee right since you couldn't use the larger one?"" I was told ""company policy is I still have to charge you $451 because I tried"". I informed the technician that as a business owner myself I would absolutely never charge the customer for a service they didn't receive but again was told it's company policy. So we paid it and he left. The next day we went to Lowes were the retired plumber who works there told us he hears this about Roto Rooter all the time unfortunately. He then showed us a tool called a DRAIN BLADDER, size medium for 18 bucks and told us what to do. Clog was gone within 15 minutes from start to finish. Unbelievable. We were getting quotes from this kid for up to $3000 to unclog a kitchen sink! I do want to say the young man who came out was very respectful with a professional attitude. It's just the companies policies that are set up to completely rip off their customers. Very sad.

So.. they did a huge job for us a few months back that was $15k. Now we need more work done for something completely different, and they want to charge $350 for a quote?! They never did before... and especially knowing they recently did a big job for us already. That quote was free. Lee is gone now too, which is who I worked with. Someone new in charge and the plumber Jorge (nothing against him) didn't have answers for anything. It's very annoying.

I called Roto Rooter not knowing exactly what was wrong with my septic tank. They came out and looked at everything for me and did everything they could to answer my questions before it cost any money. Maurice was great and was very concerned about our problem and how he could best help us. The same day, the manager came by and let me know exactly what needed to be done, why it needed to be done, how much it would cost, and also explained other options that I could consider. Lee worked with us and helped us financially and gave us peace of mind that it would be fixed correctly and economically. Our leach line is now working and we are very satisfied. I recommend this team to anyone in the Antelope Valley.

Our toilet clogged on a Sunday of a holiday weekend and service was prompt and friendly. Now the toilet works and we can go on with our weekend.

I wish I can give this place below zero stars they are the worse people I ever met in my life. They came out because My shower broke and would not stop running they came and charged 75 just to turn the water off and leave thus leaving us with no water until the next day with 3 toddlers in the home then the next day they came and said they had to go get a part from home depot and were gona for 3 hours they come back and said it wad either going to be a 450 job or a 4500 job depending on what the problem is they installed the same part they took off the shower they never bought a new part after putting the same broken part back in they left one screw out and they drilled holes and broke the whole shower valve on purpose so they can get a 4500 fast fixing job I told them I don't want them too and they left so we turned the water back off they still charged my card about 3 different times and I had another local plumber come out and check it our he said they broke it on purpose because there is no way to break that unless it's on purpose because they drilled holes in it they didnt care about anything they are horrible people chris and Jorge stay away from.these people they have a big Lawsuit coming from me leaving me with a bill from.the local plumber and a bill from.the hotel I had to take my family too because they left me and my 3 toddlers with no water

We had a piping issue behind our fridge and needed a valve replaced. It happened in the evening and unfortunately was bad enough we had to turn the water off to the house.

We called and they sent a technician. That tech came over, looked at for no kidding 2 minutes the issue and said he couldn't fix it. He said they would have to cut piping and do a whole lot of work to fix what we thought was just a valve problem. He quoted us $650 for that amount of work on top of the $80 he charged us for the 2 minute useless inspection. First star gone. If your going to charge me money you better do more than show up and talk big talk.

Next the dispatcher called me AFTER the time the plumber said he would be here in the morning and still wasn't. They were calling to schedule when we were already on the schedule. 2nd star gone, for your lack of communication capabilities with your own techs and bothering me to figure your own schedule out.

Lastly the tech that did come over was here 20 minutes 8 minutes of that was actually working on the issue. He didn't cut anything, he didn't have to run to the store, do any soldering, or anything like what the tech from last night said would be required. He went to his truck, found a valve that fit and cranked it on. Problem solved. Charged us the quoted $650 as if he'd been here for hours. I hold zero issue with the tech himself, he was polite, efficient and great to work with. My issue is with the company for taking so harsh advantage of people and charging outrageous prices for such work. 3rd star gone. I understand we called them and needed their assistance but that price to me is the equivalent of a hospital charging $300 for a dose of Tylenol.

Also the guy who came over today said he was already in the neighborhood last night and could have fixed our problem then and there and doesn't know why they sent they other guy! What in the world are these dispatchers doing?! And I'm sure had he fixed it last night I likely would not have been charged so outrageously because that quoted price was done by a guy who clearly didn't know what he was doing.

I'm not doing service with roto rooter ever again.

Old Septic Tank needed to be sealed off and replaced. George and Fonseca were the master plumbers for the job. between the two of them they did the whole job in two days while the quote was expecting a week. They worked clean, and very professionally. They answered all my questions and gave me solid guidance on how to actually take care of my septic tank. Both gentlemen were very knowledgeable. Their concrete work was also excellent. I also had this job kind of on the back burner for about two years whiled I saved up. They kept in contact the whole time and were very responsive to any concerns I had. Thank you guys for all the hard work and help.
