Joe and his assistant came out and were absolute pros. Had my kitchen sink unclogged in no time, and cleaned up after themselves. Couldn't be happier!

My local office sent Michael over for an emergency in my Airbnb - he went above and beyond and was clear and concise in method and pricing. My guests weren't inconvenienced for too long and I appreciate his professionalism and care.

Waste of time. Refused to give us an approximate amount to snake a kitchen sink. Tech came and told us it will be $467 dollars ... yes, four hundred sixty seven dollars to snake a drain in the kitchen. Totally wasted my time where I could have had someone else come so the job.

The most unprofessional plumbing team I've ever encountered on 2 different occasions .
And a complete rip off!
Very disappointing both times . There won't be a third !!

Vanessa the representative is the most ridiculous agent I ever had. Instead of helping out people in their service she wanted to go through further asking to talk for the landlord. It's a company policy and I told her the landlord is not here. She's out of country how would you tried to call someone that is out of country? We are the one that having a problem with the water not the landlord. this company won't grow if you have a representative like VANESSA FROM ARIZONA. Who doesn't wanna help at all and giving customer a hard time instead of the company earning money from the service. Hope you have a good day too and you don't get sick and treated bad by your nurse! Goodluck

If I could give 0 stars I would. I know this is a supposed renowned company. That's why we called them. They are a total racket. I called looking for a plumber who could go through turns in the piping with a camera. We had been having plumbing issues for awhile and wanted to get to the bottom of it. Needed a camera to see what's going on. Rep on phone said they'd send a person out. This guy had an attitude to begin with. Then he said his camera can't fit in the pipe to turn corners. Ummm, isn't that the whole purpose of the plumbing visit?! Then he had the nerve to charge $100+ for the visit. He said he'd snake the line and not charge for that. I tried explaining that we had previous plumbers snake it already. The purpose for rooter visit was to use a camera. Previous snaking could not find anything. Then he said well sometimes tampons and paper gets stuck in there. I was like what? We do not put anything but toilet paper in there and I could not help but feel offended by his remark. He was irritated by even talking to me. Like he didn't want to even be here. After feeling swindled due to the fact that he left with the money and not resolving the issue ( camera wasn't able to go through turns and too big to go in the pipe ) I decided to call and speak with a manager or supervisor. I left a message and was told someone would call me back after speaking with the guy who came over.
When I received the callback I was told they never had an issue before. This is the first time. If I want the issue resolved, they can put the money towards a down on new piping and could come out next week to continue the job. I couldn't believe it. Definitely hung up feeling buyers remorse, swindled and taken advantage of. I wish I knew how to do plumbing. I'd do it myself. Beware of this company. It's a racket.
