Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We had a blockage in one of our pipes in one of our bathrooms that was causing the toilets in both bathrooms to backup. This was on a Saturday night around 5:30pm with family staying for the weekend for a birthday celebration, and NO toilets or running water. We called many different companies suggested through this website, all claiming to have 24 hour service, but Roto-Rooter was the ONLY company who came through on their promise. I was contacted by a supervisor within 15 minutes of placing the call, and told that a tech would be to our house within 30 minutes, as our tech was just finishing his mandatory 30 minute meal break. 30 minutes later, Corey showed up and attempted to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately the clean-out for the house was in some state of disrepair, unbeknownst to us, so Corey had to clear the clog by taking the toilet off, and rootering it that way, so at least we could use the bathrooms for the remainder of the weekend. Corey was friendly, efficient, kind, clean and did a wonderful job! Corey gave us the price up front, so there were no surprises, and the charge was reasonable, given the day and time...we verified that with our normal plumber who doesn't work weekends! He also let his supervisors know that we needed an inspection to diagnose and fix the clean out. The next day, Sunday, Roto-Rooter called us to schedule a supervisor to come out to scope the drains to find out what the problem was with the clean out. Bryan V. showed up at the appointed time and gave us a free inspection. We could see the damage on his camera and what needed to be done. Again, Bryan gave us a reasonable quote for the job. I am so impressed with Roto-Rooter for their integrity, honesty, work ethic, and availability. They made what was a nightmare situation for us more easily managed. Thank you Corey and Bryan!!
