I had an emergency leak in my upstairs bathroom. I called Roto-Rooter and they had someone at my house within the hour. Michael Garcia was the technician who helped us, and he was GREAT! Quick, professional, and polite. I would highly recommend him, and the company, to anyone.

We had an excellent experience with our technician. I HATE it when service technicians (plumbing, electric, etc.) only talk to my husband. The Roto Rooter Technician talked to me about the process at each step. He was very knowledgable and was able to diagnose a difficult plumbing issue. He tried several different approaches until it worked. He was articulate and not at all condescending. He provided excellent service, did not pressure us into additional services, and was very polite. So far everything is still fixed, and I will definitely call in the future. I don't know if you can request technicians, but if you can- Tyler did a great job.

I would suggest that you NEVER USE these guys. My backyard drains were plugged up and not draining the rain water out to the curb. When they showed up they stated it would be $350.00 just to run a snake through the drain approximately 60 feet to the curb. I said never mind I'm not paying that! He asked how much are you willing to pay? (Should have known right then that they were not reputable)! I told him that I saw adds in the phone book for as low as $79.00. He said we can do it for $100.00 an hour but that there will be no guarantee. So I said fine lets try it. They pulled out the big gun snake and used it at the curb going towards the back yard. Several attempts roots were pulled out. Then they used a smaller snake in the back. 1st attempt they lost the little bit in the drain. When I asked if they could bring the larger snake back and they said no we can't use this one back there, which was a lie. They just did not want to unload it again and push it to the back. So they continued to run the small snake a few more times without any bit connected to the end. Well we all know that your not gonna get anywhere in the drain without a bit to attack the roots. So needless to say the drain never got unclogged. He suggested that I have it jetted out. He said that would be a minimum of $650.00. I said no way so they packed it up and left. Waste of my time and money. I will never use Roto Rooter again. Stick with the smaller business owners that care and want your business again.

I would never use Roto Rooter , after the hell my mom went through with them . They Totally took advantage of her . my mom is recently a widow , my dad passed away from cancer in July . This company still had the nerve to charge my mom for things that were not needed Just to get money out of her. completely disgusting of them !!!!!!!! after giving them thousands of dollars still nothing was accomplish . Never Never trust this company !!!!

Roto Rooter- Robby White 909-397-0567 -Three days ago, Leo spent almost 5 hours here for a backed up bathroom. It cost me $498. This morning (3 days later) I started the washing machine and everything backed up again. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years, but never again. They better not try to charge me any more.
UPDATE They are now saying there is a broken valve somewhere, although no one told me that on Monday and it is not written on the project description. Also, the tech was 2 hours and 43 minutes late arriving here today. Still no resolution. DON'T call them. Ever.

DO NOT USE THEM!!! And if you do beware of the ""free"" camera inspection.

Had the shower and toilets back up on the Sunday before the 4th of July late in the afternoon. Theirs was the only name that came to mind so I called them. I was very patient with the delay in getting a technician out because of the date. When John arrived he was courteous and thorough in his work. He got the drains running again and as he was leaving scheduled a return visit with a camera technician. This is where the problem comes in and where you should beware. Jonathan (a different technician) shows up on the following Tuesday and runs the camera down my sewer line. Around 100 feet from the house there were some roots growing into the line and was half way blocking it. I repeatedly asked if they couldn't snake it again only to be told repeatedly I ran the risk of collapsing the line entirely and that would cost me $25,000 to repair!!!! Then he told me there was a cheaper alternative. For a mere $5,900 I could have it relined. See where this is going. Hit me with a huge price so the lower one seems reasonable. This would be fine except none of it is necessary. Thank goodness for the internet. A search through it and discussion with friends and it turns out if your line is running you can pour a chemical in that will kill the roots in the system. Once they decay in about 3 to 4 weeks they will wash away - problem solved. Did that last night. The chemicals cost me $25! I also learned in my internet search that the camera technicians are paid a commission for the work they bring in. Now it all makes sense.

If you use them be sure to get a second opinion before you lay down big bucks.

Roto Rooter Rocks! Called Diamond and 2 other plumbers on a Sunday to unclog a disgusting toilet... was told 24+ hours to wait. Called Roto and had an awesome serviceman (Rudy #73) show up and fix the problem within an hour. Thanks Rudy!

It would have been 5 stars but it cost $230. Pricey but necessary for my needs. At least there's a 10 day guarantee.

Horrible....I paid $229.50 with a 4 month warranty for Rotor Rooter to fix the 1st issue and he said he cleared it and the next day it didn't work. He came back and took 2 hours and got nothing resolved. Also left a mess in my bathroom. Then tried t o charge me $2500-$5000 to dig up the ground to find the problem. He didn't even put back the drain cover or anything. I am very disappointed. DO NOT USE THEM!!! I have a better plumber who is professional and quick. Try Tony's Rooter, Rowland Heights. Very affordable!!

There are few exceptions, when companies step up to make error's right . .this company stepped forward to make thing's right on behalf of the customer . I want to thank SHEILA for the quick 1st responce and for the personal contact to follow-up. * ( when was the last time a company called you to apologize and look into the matter .) Also ' to JERRY for the conversation in regards to the situation and his involvement in the resolution.
