No stars one guy comes and works on the problem that cost us $625 to snake the bathroom toilet that was plugged up (main drain) and brakes the toilet valve something that was not even broken .says there not responsible n another guy comes charges another $325 to fix what the other guy Broke. WE WOKE UP WITH A WET CARPET N FLOODED RESTROOM.
HE NEVER TELLS US THAT THE VALVE WAS OVER LEAKING N THAT WE CAN FIX IT OUR SELFS. HORRIBLE NEVER AGAIN! They don't want to hear you out either when you explain what happened.
It's there word only. So upset

NEVER ever ever use this company. Not only are the prices OUTRAGEOUS (they charged me $440 to unclog my shower drain that only had some hair in it) but they also don't stand by their work. The technician used The improper hardware and damaged our pipes and ended up creating an even bigger mess for me, but they don't consider themselves responsible for this mess. how can they not be responsible when their technician didn't know how to do their job right? The worst experience I've ever had and I will never stop bad mouthing this company.

I had to laugh at guy that came here.we are older.but to be played dumb was funnier. To say cost 2 grand just for water heater and put in.this guy as I was watching him on camera n my husband back n forth how great the company is.the best.we don't know what we are talking about.well.to say less than that.we are getting house best repiping. and water heater.will last 100 years 10 year guarantee. We have great credit.but to this man.no card just upset cause we said no.no.no.now we are doing well. Best service from another company. And no playing around. Be careful about this company. Sorry laughing myself. I would give a 0.but they lost a great would have been customer.

Scheduled an appointment to be seen anywhere between 10am to 2pm. The technician never showed and we never received a call. At 3pm I called the the company and was told they would have a technician out within the hour. At 5pm when no one showed AGAIN I called back and cancelled. The agent was unable to reach the technician but said she would leave a message. Very disappointing and we will never call the company again.

NEVER CALL ROTO ROOTER! Clogged toilet, the guy comes as promised, quotes me 250.00 to snake a drain with a hand held device! I tell him that's ridiculous! We negotiate down to 200.00, I swear he snaked the drain in less than 3 minutes. I look at the device he's holding, later I go to Lowes, find the same device for under 20.00 and buy it. What's wrong with this picture!!!! Don't ever call these crooks!!! What is this world coming too? 250.00 to clear a drain! ROTO ROOTER SUCKS!!!!

Rotorooter is a rip off..... Do not hire roto rooter.... I hired them to clean up/ unclog the main sewer line....they did not tell me what kind of clog/ problem the pipe had. They wanted to sell me another srrvice for $1200 so they could tell me what kind of problem the sewer line had... Not to fix it ..just tell me what the problem was. The water did start to flow and it stopped running 5 days after....i called ant told them that the sewer line was backed up again... And the lady was telling it was going to be $1200 to go back out to my house and clean it again... So be aware that in the first visit they do not clean/unclog your pipe...they just make the water flow enough so they can charge...roto rooter never again

I called this company at 11p on a Saturday night due to an emergency leak in the home. I was told a plumber would be at my home within 2 hours . I sat around and waited until 2am no one ever showed up or called. I called to follow up and was told that they made a mistake in the system and that a tech would actually now be to at my home between 8a-9a. I at this point had stopped makes calls since I was guaranteed a tech would be out and knew I wouldn't find anyone this late since I wasted time waiting on roto. I again waited early morning 9:30a came around still no tech no call! I followed up again and was told they don't have a tech we're working on finding someone they'd call me back shortly! I gave up and called another company who responded and was at my home in one hour! Roto had the nerve to finally call me at 2:30p and say we can have someone to your home in 2 hrs! At this point we were 12 hrs into them originally telling me someone would be there! Avoid this company especially if you have an emergency!
