We called Roto-Rooter when our plumbing backed up. We received prompt service. Noe Sarabia came to our house and got right to work. He was very capable and efficient and immediately cleared the obstruction.
We were impressed by Mr. Sarabia's professionalism.

My sink has been backed up for a bit, so I called yesterday morning. The guy who answered (I believe his name was Frank) was super sweet and willing to help. They told me someone would be at my place between 6 and 8 pm. Perfect! 8 pm rolls around and no word about anything. I called and they said I was next and the guy was close by. Not a problem. 10 pm rolls around. Still nothing. I call and they say the guy had an issue at the last appointment and wouldn't make it, so I basically wasted my entire night waiting when I could have been doing other things. They then said they'd come between 8 and 9 am, so I was frustrated but said that's fine as long as they actually make it then, since I had a meeting at 10:30. 9:15 am and no word. I called again and the lady on the other line just casually said they'd send someone and they'd be here in an hour (of course, right before my meeting). At 10 am, I got another call saying the person would be here in 1/2 hour, right when my meeting would start. I said fine, as long as he got here. 10:45 am and a non-vaccinated guy showed up without a mask on. When asked, he went back and put on a mask, then came up, and a bit after that told me he couldn't do anything and I need to replace my entire garbage disposal. So Roto Rooter flaked on me 3 times, then sent someone who could well have endangered my health to tell me he couldn't do anything. Once I get that garbage disposal, I'll be calling another company to install it. This was absolutely ridiculous and I'll never call Roto Rooter again.

The worst!! Liars and I would not recommend them to anyone. They booked my appointment for today, assured me they would be here and then called a few minutes ago to cancel. Not apology at all!!!

I called to schedule a plumber to change 2 shut off valves under a bathroom sink, and they wanted $500 dollars! That's not including another 50 for the valves! What an absolute disgrace. Even if i was a millionaire i wouldn't pay $500 dollars for a job that small.

And then said they had to make outrageous things for lots of money
Not interested in helping people, just take your money
Left me with, a leak twice, both times I got it fixed by somebody else for way cheaper

Our kitchen sink backed up, so we initially took matters into our own hands (which did provide valuable experience for the future), but it did not solve our problems. So we searched up plumbers in the area and contacted Roto-Rooter. We had a fantastic technician, Marcos, who was thorough and informative. He came, quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it within a timely manner, and was professional through and through. He was friendly and kindly answered our questions and concerns. We were very pleased with our experience. (Also, tip from the professionals: don't pour Draino down your pipes. Ultimately it's not good for the pipes.)

We have a leak under our concrete in the kitchen. I called on Friday December 31st to schedule service for Monday January 3rd. We had used this company multiple times in the past with great service (even though they are pricier) so they were my go to. I should have known this was going to be a problem as I had to repeat the issue multiple times to the rep on the phone and she couldn't get my phone number correct. Service was scheduled for Monday between 12 and 4. I took of work to wait only to be called at 2 with questions about our problem, then being told they don't do leak detection and refer it out to someone else. additionally they had nobody available for the service call. (I'm not a happy camper at this point). I took the number they provided for the leak detection place and was told that they could only detect the leak in older cast iron pipes and wouldn't be able to send anyone out until late next week. They would gladly come and mark an area where a plumber could open up the floor to fix the problem (ummm no)
needless to say I contacted someone else who had a tech out to assess the situation within the hour and an appointment was set up to complete the work later this week. Roto Rooter lost a 20+ year customer today with the service I did and didn't receive.

Ordered service they said they would be out by 9:30pm ... they called and said it would probably be later so I rescheduled for the following day between 7:pm to 9:30. I waited and waited and I called and they apologized and said they would take off $45.00 so I waited."""" finally he showed up at 9:40 and he said it would cost $425.00 to plunge my bathtub . They r terrible and have horrible customer service.

My husband and I tried to put in a new faucet, well...you can imagine how that went since we had no idea pipes came in compression or threaded. lol After 2 days of looking to YouTube and a huge mess (even with the house water shut off the valve was still leaking water-ugh), we called a plumber we have used in the past. They couldn't help and they wanted a $200 rush fee. So, I called the next in the Google phone book- Roto Rooter. They were very nice and had someone at my house within a couple hours. Vincent was so polite, he didn't laugh at us once for the mess we had created. He even showed us what we did wrong and what to do next time! We have an old house so I am sure we will be needing a plumber again, I won't hesitate to call Vincent and Rotor-Rooter Plummers on Plummer St in Chatsworth.

This was my first time using Roto Rooter, it has been an excellent experience! Travis one of their professional plumber showed up leas than 2 hours after I called right on time! The clog I'm on main sewer line is now fixed, everything cleaned and they answered all of my questions! Professional and honest service and great prices! Thank you Travis for helping me today... from now on roto rooter is my to go plumbing company!
