Our Roto Rooter tech, Giuliano (employee # 4367) was outstanding! I got home from a trip on a Sunday evening to find that our entire bathroom was stopped up from toilet to sink to bathtub. We called around and no plumbing services were available but Roto Rooter had a tech they were able to send out. They called back to let us know the tech was available even earlier. He arrived and figured out what he needed to do. The clean out that he needed was located in our side yard which is filled with junk but he was able to get his tools where they needed to be, even though it seemed impossible to get to. He had our drain unclogged quickly and stayed long enough for us to run the water for several minutes to make sure full flow was restored. Definitely a huge help with the availability and the excellent service!

Stay away from this company unless it's your last choice. They over charge for simple job. One technician came in my house today and quoted me $449 to unclog my bathtub. I told him I can't afford, he said I will talk to my supervisor to give you discount. I declined and went ahead with another company (BRYCO plumbing) got the same job done for $160. Please stay away from this company, you've been warned!

Do NOT USE! Waited over 4 hours. Then said they can't come even after confirming two times that they would be here. Awful! Terrible!! I hope they go out of business.

Waited for service call from 4-8 pm. Called several times to confirm service. They call at 8 pm to say that they can't come. They are unreliable. Customer service horrible. Call another company. Do not use.

I am not writing because of the service but I want to report the driver of the truck. He was at 5 freeway going south. The truck was at the 2nd lane from the left when he decided he needs to go to 405 south. He didn't care if there were cars, all he cared for was he needs to go to 405. Not only that, he was driving fast at 70miles/hr on the rain! This during the peak of heavy rain on 1/10 at 730-8 in the morning! Please! We want to live longer!

I had a kitchen drain that needed unclogging, so called Roto Rooter who we've used in the past. They came out and lucky for them I had a drain pipe outside my kitchen wall that is connected to the sink that needed the unclogging. Let me tell you my sink was FULL it was not draining what so ever. So the technician opened the drain pipe from outside and just let it drain out into my patio drain, no bag to collect the stuff causing the clog no vacuum or anything! Yup from one drain to another. I noticed at the time but didn't mention anything, didn't think much of it. Few weeks pass, it rains really hard. That exact drain they allowed my kitchen drain into is now CLOGGED!!!! They will not take responsibility for it what so ever. I have about 5 other drains under that patio, none of the other ones are clogged and this one has never been clogged either. The guy that came back out was also rude saying well why didn't you notice earlier, don't you come out here and water the back yard? Ummm what?!!!!!!!! Lost a customer and I will make sure family friends and neighbors stay away from them too!

We called Roto-Rooter when our plumbing backed up. We received prompt service. Noe Sarabia came to our house and got right to work. He was very capable and efficient and immediately cleared the obstruction.

My sink has been backed up for a bit, so I called yesterday morning. The guy who answered (I believe his name was Frank) was super sweet and willing to help. They told me someone would be at my place between 6 and 8 pm. Perfect! 8 pm rolls around and no word about anything. I called and they said I was next and the guy was close by. Not a problem. 10 pm rolls around. Still nothing. I call and they say the guy had an issue at the last appointment and wouldn't make it, so I basically wasted my entire night waiting when I could have been doing other things. They then said they'd come between 8 and 9 am, so I was frustrated but said that's fine as long as they actually make it then, since I had a meeting at 10:30. 9:15 am and no word. I called again and the lady on the other line just casually said they'd send someone and they'd be here in an hour (of course, right before my meeting). At 10 am, I got another call saying the person would be here in 1/2 hour, right when my meeting would start. I said fine, as long as he got here. 10:45 am and a non-vaccinated guy showed up without a mask on. When asked, he went back and put on a mask, then came up, and a bit after that told me he couldn't do anything and I need to replace my entire garbage disposal. So Roto Rooter flaked on me 3 times, then sent someone who could well have endangered my health to tell me he couldn't do anything. Once I get that garbage disposal, I'll be calling another company to install it. This was absolutely ridiculous and I'll never call Roto Rooter again.
