Arnulfo showed up earlier than expected on a Sunday afternoon. This was incredibly appreciated. He then did the best job cleaning out my main sewer line that I have ever gotten over many years with this kind of problem. He kept trying, despite a lot of difficulty, to get the double blade all the way through the line to the street. No one else has ever accomplished that. He took the manhole cover off in the street so we could see the blade break through, along with a ton of roots, sewage, and water. I really appreciate his promptness, technical ability, perseverance, professionalism, and good humor. Well done!

Ryan was knowledgeable and experienced. I had low water pressure problem and wanted to remove the pressure reducing valve. He just cleaned the filter in the valve and solved the problem without charging. He's polite and professional. A great man.

Called them for fixing my leaky kitchen sink on Saturday at 5.30pm. I was told that the plumber would be there at 9pm. So, I kept a bunch of containers under the leak and waited. Then Roto Rooter called back that they were delayed. They assured me that they worked 24hrs. Again I waited. At 10pm, they called to tell me that nobody was available that night. I guess their strategy is to leave you hanging. What a deceptive service? So, guys, don't depend on Roto Rooter.

I requested a specific Service Technician (Arnulfo Huerta) who has done service for us back in 2014 because of his great service and we had similar issue back in 2014. Rotor Rooter did call as promised during the window service was scheduled for. Arnulfo arrived on time. He was very friendly as I remember back in 2014 and proceeded to ask what the service call issue was. He was very attentive and listened to what I thought the issue was then proceeded to explain what he was going to do and gave me the preliminary cost along with an estimated time. He did an EXCELLENT job in completing the work he explained what he had done to correct the issues. He cleaned up after completing the job. I have very happy with the job he did.
Arnulfo is very professional and friendly.
We would call Roto-Rooter again and only request him as our Service Technician for our household plumbing needs.
