First of all, these guys are just trying to make money, and they are asking for overpriced rates. They don't do anything; they just brought the dryer machine and left, and also they didn't put back all my equipment. It really pisses me off.Dont even thinking about to hire these guys.

Roto Rooter and Team guided by Robert C. came out to unclog my sewer line this morning. They found problems with the pipes and called the City to inspect. Because of this great Service a bad pipe is being replaced asap. Thanks Robert and Team for your great work for me and my family. ""These Guys are good people!""

I contacted roto rooter to fix a slab leak in my house. They quoted me a price of 4400.22. They fixed the slab leak and I paid them for it. They later tried to bill my insurance company for 1318.00 for ""water mitigation "". This was a false bill and my insurance wouldn't pay it. Then then charged me for the 1318 after the insurance refused. I had another company, Rainbow Restoration do the water restoration. Roto rotor never dried out my house like they stated. I've called numerous times to get the 1318 removed because the bill is erroneous. I just keep getting the runaround and nobody will address the extra bill that they charged me with. One of the charges on the bill was for an emergency phone call $252 that never happened. I should charge them for $252 for every time I've tried to get this matter cleared up! Don't use roto rooter, they are a dishonest company.

Hired them, they screwed up and then didn't want to hold themselves accountable for the mistakes made. I paid thousands to them. Find another company !

I had never needed a water restoration service. I was really nervous about it, and wasn't sure what company to call, when I decided to call Roto-Rooter, the receptionist was very kind and helpful. Then Carlos Silva came over to my house did some tests of all the damage areas explained me the process and answered all of my questions and concerns after he explained me everything , I felt very confident that he would do a great job with his team. Carlos Silva is professional, responsive, humble and a very honest guy, who explained me the work that was being done day by day until the job was finished. Thank you Carlos Silva and his team!

On my first call to Roto-Rooter, they said that they will provide free estimate. Its for fixing the bathroom sink pipe leakage, dishwasher draining issue and water flow with low pressure issue.
After the estimate the technician gave me the approximate quote $860 (for sink pipe leakage and dishwasher draining)
And for PRV replacement $1200+ , total he mentioned more than $2100

It was far beyond my budget and thought of looking for another company..
Then the technician start telling me that I should pay for his time spent for estimate its about $480.
I don't want to loose the $480 just for nothing, I got to use their service for $860 (for sink pipe leakage and dishwasher draining) .. they gave of $100 as coupon discount..

I believe if the estimate is free then it should be free..

They are professional and nice people. Very respectful and responsive. I am positive they know their stuff.
HOWEVER, THEY ARE EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. They charged me 985 dollars to clean out my septic. Most places are half that, but I needed it done quickly so I bit the bullet.
They charged 750 to snake my sewer line and send in a camera, which I later discovered a separate company that charges 100 for the same service.

They quoted me 7500 to fix a sewer line. They later lowered it to 7100. I found a reliable company that did it for 2000.

They seem like a very solid company, and you can rely on them in an emergency.

Though if you can, make sure to shop around.

The toilet backed up on a Friday night. After a nightmarish DIY attempt, we called Roto Rooter and Jacob from Manteca came out. He arrived in 20 or 30 minutes. He asked the right questions, quickly figured out a practical approach and got his equipment (way better than ours) set up with no muss or fuss. The toilets were flowing in under half an hour. It was late on a Friday night so it wasn't cheap, but much more sanitary and efficient the what we attempted. I'll call Rotor-Rooter sooner next time and maybe that will reduce the expense of a late night call.
