Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Came home from church on my birthday to find that my upstairs bedroom & bath was flooding from a valve in the bathroom that detached. Water was ""raining"" downstairs into my spare bedroom, family room and a part of my kitchen. The Roto-Rooter team came in and sucked up 60 gallons of water to minimize more damage.

Worked well with my insurance to get carpets, flooring, and padding removed right away. They brought in six crew members to pack up my stuff (and there was a LOT of stuff) and clean up. If they didn't work as quickly as they did, there could have been a lot more damage.

My house went from soaking wet to completely dry in 10 days! The entire crew from Roy, to Tim & Sebastian, to the rest of the team were very detailed, professional and courteous. Thank you!

Had kitchen and laundry room stopped up solid. Fortunately, after everybody had left from Thanksgiving. Couldn't make a same-day appointment but they did make a next day appointment.
The two techs arrived to assess the problem and determined they needed their special drain cleaning machine. In my mind, I pictured something along the lines of a Costco pressure, washer or something like that. They returned in a couple hours with an absolute beast of a machine on its own trailer. Had all my drains cleaned out, and no time at all.
Both techs were really nice guys and if Elijah and Hamza show up at your place, you're in good hands. I forgot to write her name down, but the gal in the office is really nice too.

This company is bullshit .they installed new faucet in bathtub ,that faucet broke within 3 months and i call them to fix this because i have 1 year warranty but they refuse it said you would be charge $1500 .

Rip-off..
We called them to fix a clogged drain and they wanted $525 flat to snake a drain. Also the guy was very quick to give a $75 discount...
I immediately sent him on his way and called another highly rated company and this other company came in in a couple hours and promptly did it for me for $175.
Roto Rooter is just cashing in on they name. Will never call them again.

I had a massive root intrusion and called roto rooter Marcus came out and explained everything that was happening and got the drain to drain Nathan came out on Sunday and ran a camera explained options and got the guys to come out next day and start Colby and Tyler did an awesome job explained the whole process and went the extra mile to clean everything up to make it look like they were never there very polite with my kids asking questions highly recommend

This business is a rip off! I wouldn't use them if they were the last plumber on earth. They lie and cheat there customers and definitely don't do what they say they are going to do!!! Please stay away if you know what is good for you

I am not sure how are they running the business. They don't have fair and controlled pricing for the work. Kitchen faucet at my house was not working so I called these people and their technician showed up and he called me to say that it's going to cost $362/hr for me to diagnose the problem. I was shocked to hear the numbers so I told him that let me talk to Roto-Rooter and company said well whatever technician is saying that's going to be the price, we don't manage the pricing. I had to let their technician go and i called other company and his guy came and took the head out of the faucet and said faucet head has a blockage. So be aware of this company, Robo-Rooter, and their technician.
