I just want to give a shout-out to Aaron and Zach for their amazing work! Being a first-time mom is already stressful, and the osmosis filter system at Costco just added more stress. I'm glad that I called Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup, and they came out within 30 minutes. Aaron and Zach were able to correct the leaking issue from the filter. The price is reasonable, better than All City Plumbing! Professional! Thank you Aaron and Zach!

I called roto rooter for clog sink. Technican took 10 minutes to 15 minutes to clear clog. It took him an 45 minutes to an hour to put plumbing back. I said if you need help you should call someone, he said he need help putting pipe back, took another 15 minutes. Then he gave up gathered his tools walked out murmured he is going to call someone else. He wanted to charge me 400. Then he said he discounted. To 300. Next tech shows up..sign this. I signed paperwork. He said after you know that paper you signed is to prevent us for being liable. You need new pipes to wall. I said I never had a problem before, he said corroded. I said no that other plumber was having trouble he didn't say anything he just basically walked off. And did say anything about crosion, I told him he stripped that pipe and he didn't want to say anything and left. He was having trouble reaching back there as he was very large and he was hanging on my kitchen cabinets doors to steady himself. I thought he was going to damage the door. These are new cabinets no leaks or anything. September 2, I go to wash dishes and there is water pooling underneath cabinets, no I have a leak. I called roto rooter. He said it is going to cost about or over a thousand to replace. I told him, it didn't leak before. Now it is. I don't have that money. I can't wash clothes or turn on dishwasher. They are supposed to fix the problem not make it worse or now say it is something else to get more money out of you! I am not working this is so very upsetting the the difference price quotes. One was 400..the next tech said did he charge you no he said 457.00. I said no it was going to be 400.00 he discount to 300.00. I called manager because he walked off not being truthful thry said 25 dollar discount. Which would be 275.which.i paid but the work was not done. Now it is the pipes need new nipple? Now it will be 900.00 plus parts..rip off! We are in the last days and we must treat people better. This is awful service .

Had an issue on Thanksgiving and was told no extra charge for a holiday then got charged 440 dollars for 10 feet of snake and less then an hours work. I inquired about the pricing and was told that is what they charge. When I can get 150 feet snaked for 150 dollars I inquired further on their pricing. Asked the man to get with their office to negotiate a lower price and he said they would not do it without even trying then later mentioned they don't get paid by the hour, which I already knew. Balancing his check book on our backs. I even explained that if he stuck to this price we would never use their service again. He did not care. He just wanted his days pay for less then an hour of work so he could go home. Worst Plumbing service ever. He complained that we need to be careful about the places that snake for 150 dollars. That they are trouble. We have been in the same location for more then 20 years, have always used family owned business, no more then 150 dollars for up to 150 feet and have never had a problem. The only reason we didn't this time is because they were closed for the holiday. Terrible timing and even worse extortion from a company that should take care to not scam their customers.

Terrible Scheduling! Made an appointment with the arrival window between 11-1 pm. No show and no call. By 1:30 we called to find out where someone was and told they said they are several hours behind. They could have called to notify us of that. We continued to wait. By nearly 5pm there was still no call to make us aware they were on their way. We have waited all day long for someone to show when we could have been out completing our errands. When calling to complaint the company said someone will still show but at that point it was dark. Ridiculous and terrible service.

Call to get a quick quote as to what it would cost to have someone come and snake my main line. Literally just had a plumber leave my home because they didn't have the equipment needed to do the job. So I reach out to Roto Rooter and get a woman on the line. Explain the situation and asked if she could provide a quick estimate. She let me know that she could gladly have a technician come to my home. And assess the situation and give me a price at that time. She let me know there would be no charge if I don't use the services. Makes zero sense to run a business in this manner. Not only do you lose potential customers but it's simply a waste of everyone's time.

Kitchen Sink wasn't draining. Scheduling was simple. Technician was able to come on time and he fixed our issue fast and simple. He

Scheduled them to come out for a backed up drain. I told them it was a problem with the exit line. They snaked the bathtub because that's what backed up. They said they'd also include a video inspection which they would call and schedule with me.
5 days later, nobody has called to schedule the video inspection. The tub still backs up because the issue is the exit line.
I called the 1-800 number on their invoice and they couldn't find me. Turns out its a separate franchise. Why did this other Roto Rooter Franchise have someone else's phone number and info? They don't know, but they gave me a phone number for the franchise that services my area.
So I call them and ask why I had to follow up to receive the service I paid for. I ask why their invoices have a different franchise's phone number and information? Tom doesn't know. He just books appointments. I ask can I at least verify the license number to see if it matches my invoice. He doesn't know the license number. The guy booking service calls doesn't know the license number for customers!
This place is a joke.

We had a kitchen backup on a Sunday. I called multiple company's and could not get anyone out. This company had someone out in less than an hour. The guy was very friendly and resolved the issue. He also gave us some product to prevent the issue from happening again. We will for sure call them again if we ever need a weekend plumber

TLDR - technician didnt want to do the work and decided to leave us with no water to the house (with a newborn) after waiting all day. Charged us $250 to cut a hole and give us a bs recommendation for needed repairs. Management was unresponsive.
Roto Rooter has always been our go-to for plumbing issues. We moved a few months back. We woke up one morning to a leak in our kitchen and had to turn off the water to the house. We contacted this Roto Rooter in our new area and told them about our issue. We have a newborn and told them it was critical to get someone out and get our water turned back on. They told us they were very busy which we understood and a technician showed up several hours later.
When the technician showed up, he immediately started groaning and complaining about how difficult this job was going to be and made it clear in his demeanor and complaints that he did not want to be here doing anything. He cut a large hole in our ceiling and was only able to identify the area the leak was coming from, but not exactly which pipe it was coming from. He ultimately told us that we need to keep the water off and should get a hotel as he couldn't do anything to help us. He said we would need to punch a huge hole into our upstairs bathroom through the stucco on the exterior of our house and that we would need to get a contractor and attempt to go through insurance which could take days. He charged us $250 for this analysis and left. It was now 5:00 - we made the initial call to roto rooter just before 10:00 am.
I called a contractor the moment the technician left and told him our situation. He was able to send his plumber out to assess the situation (he arrived 20 min after I called). The plumber was able to identify the leaky pipe via the hole that the roto rooter technician made and was able to cap the pipe on the spot and turn our water back on in all of 15 minutes. He came back 2 days later and fixed everything without creating any other holes in our house and said he couldn't imagine why someone would suggest going through the exterior wall and compromising the stucco.
I called roto rooter to tell them the situation their technician left us in and they transferred me to talk to management. Nobody answered so I left a message. I continued to leave 2 more messages the following days and never received a call back.
Needless to say we are extremely disappointed with them.. it seems not all roto rooter locations and technicians are equal and we will definitely never be calling them again for any issues in our new house. Thankfully, we now have a knowledgeable and trustworthy plumber we can go to for any future repairs.

You can see that all of my reviews are positive. I take great pleasure in reporting excellent performance. In this case, the organization did not allow me to do that.
We called them out due to a leak. They tore the home apart, said they found the leak and repaired it. Two days later the leak was still in existence. The home is in shambles and we spent $6800. I am currently waiting for a reply from the manager named Chris.
Here is the account from our Gen Contractor trying to put the home back together;
Terrible workmanship.
Total rookie move, they wrapped a piece of towel cloth around pex pipe to help buffer thru jagged openings.
I question 100% of their work.
Lets hear what xxxxxx Plumbing will do on thursday. 8-10 am.
We will report back on how effective their competition was!!!
It's been about a week and I received initial contact from a manager named Chris. He said he would call me back on Wednesday or Thursday and today is Friday and he has not called back. When I call his number it goes direct to voicemail. I don't think they have any concern about resolving this issue or mitigating it for their company. It appears as if I'm going to have to follow up using a more serious approach.
