I received the refund from local office & manager Jay for the previous unsatisfied & unfinished service as well as the check for the service I had to call another company for the service to be done who came at 10 pm.
For follow-up & refund, it's an excellent service. & I'm very pleased with this although the required service was done in the first place.

Excellent excellent service . I was desperate for a plummer for my clogged laundry line and being the holidays Roto Rooster came to the rescue after so many attempts to get a Plummer through my insurance. I highly recommend them. Talk about excellent service!... Art from Rotor rooter, special thanks. Not only did I Google the help I needed near me, I excluded the brand name, in fear of jacked up prices. But as I called the most thought ""honest"" mom and pop shops of plumbers in search of dignity umungst their names no one would come to my plea with honest and urgent intentions. So last but not least I called the mighty Rotor Rooter. A gentleman named Art came to assess the problem. I explained that it was an urgent matter for I have called everywhere in the area and there was no sense of compassion of urgency. He assured me that he would fix the problem on my scedule which was a big deal for me at this time. He kept his word and was prompt at my door to fix the problem. He brought a Co worker named Chris who worked with him wonderfully in sync to install the heater. They were patient, honorable and respectful. Because of them I will never judge a book by its cover. Amongst many options, Rotor Rooter will be my only choice. Thank you Art and Chris for everything.

Was not impressed with the techs cleanliness when leaving the house ( pictures to follow ) on the porch. And there still is a leak that we found and will be calling shortly to get that fixed considering we were charged an arm and a leg

My technician was Andrew Ross and he was very pleasant to deal with. Work was done on time and was surprised that he cleaned up the sink when he was finished so it didn't show any signs of being clogged. Bravo Andrew. Great job

I called Rotor Rooter for the Harbor City area and although they arrived promptly they quoted $240 for a simple garbage disposal water back-up in my sink. That price is ridiculous! Where are the plumbers who advertise $99 for any job?

We recently used Roto-Rooter for a clogged drain system In our home. Our appointment was scheduled for 1:30 and at 1:30, Joey P and Matt H arrived on the nose. Our main line system had a clog, which they were able to solve in a prompt manner. Both guys were extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent advice to help maintain our plumbing system a little better. When your plumbing system is out of wack, your home life can seem a bit out if wack. And it was a pleasure doing business with this Roto-Rooter to get your life back on track. Thanks for the professional work guys.

So far so good. Had an emergency flood last night around 630pm and the technician showed up around 845pm. He was professional and quickly assesses the situation by using his camera to view into my sewage line. There was a heavy amount of roots in the pipe eh I had could only be removed with a hydro jet which he's brining this morning. Quote was $1300 for the jet and he was kind enough to waive the cost of the camera. Will update once the job is done.

Called Roto-Rooter today. They sent their guy and after checking it out, he said $240, I asked how long it will take, he said an hour. It took him all of 15-20 mins from start to finish. That was not an hour's work. Working for an hour to do fix a problem for $240, pricey but I understand. $240 for 15 minutes???? Something is wrong with that! Called the manager, a man named Mark. Not just unreasonabe, terribly rude! He said, you called a plumber that couldn't fix it. Does that give them the license to overcharge?? $240 for 15 minutes! Will never use them again. Be careful and read all the low ratings.

Beware - standard plumbing labor is $250 per hour. Very misleading and defensive when called to discuss.
