Workmanship was okay. Cleared a drain line by running a 150ft rooter/snake, took less than an hour. However, ridiculously expensive. Well, it was my fault for not asking charges when I set my appointment via phone call. They charged me $497.00 less $75.00 ""discount"", total $422.00. Others can do it for way less cost. Check others plumbers as well.

They clear a clogged drain, and a day later at clogged again. They charged me for the second cleaning as well. Not reliable, don't guarantee their work and overpriced. Was subsequently contacted by their HQ and they promised to have someone reach out. I never heard from anyone after repeated emails. Unfortunately they don't take customer feedback seriously or care about providing good service.

We had a very bad experience with a Roto rooter supervisor that came out to our house in Long Beach for a clog. We paid him $450 and he spent less than an hour and didn't provide the service. He was rude and over charged.

MICHAEL CAMPOS IS THE MAN! Seriously! Had a kitten break the screen window of a house we just bought and she went into the crawl space. I tried so many times to get her and she ran away. This crawl space was even super small for 160 pound person like me. Kim Kardashians ass could not fit! Anyway, I was at work and my wife let them go in....I didn't have high hopes, but less than an hour later they got her. She was weak and tired after forty hours but now she's great! Forever grateful! By the way, service was free! My wife only has $30 to tip and I called and asked for mr campos phone number so I could give him a more decent tip. I didn't get a call back. If you see this, I'll hook you up more! I can express how relieved and happy we are!

Why advertise that you're available 24/7, called you at 10:00pm, a live person answered the phone and said, ""we're closed for the night"".

The only reason they have a 1 star rating is without it you can't do a review.

NEVER HIRE THEM. 15 minute job from their guy Michael cost $650 in labor.

He told us he'd be taking out tile, would have to replacing part of the back pipes. Only changed out the handle on the shower. I confronted him that he really scammed us and he just chuckled.

Absolute crooks. Never ever use them. Dishonest and proud of it.

Stay clear of this company. Fraudulent and deceptive services. Had a plumbing problem on a bathroom sink, the representative that came out had no knowledge of what he was doing and then a few months later the same exact thing happened. The sink backed up, water was everywhere, had to brush teeth and clean hands in the tub. Had another representative come out and was told he couldn't do anything for the problem and that he could snake the line but would be charged for the service. Why would I pay for something else when the first issue was never fixed??????? I have tried to get this resolved with no avail, called regarding a refund and was told we have to show photos. Why not check what the other representative came out and told me that he would charge? ISN'T THAT PROOF ENOUGH. A friend and I had to take off the pipe and clean it out and redo the WORK THAT ROTO ROOTER was supposed to do in May. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY
