$400 to snake a kitchen drain. Found a more than competent plumber on Craigslist to do the same exact job for $75. Stay away from Roto-Rooter unless you like getting ripped off.

Work was fine but WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. Needed kitchen drain unblocked. Called on Thursday morning, first appointment was Saturday morning. OK, I had Roto Rooter clear it once before about 10 years ago. So he charged $378 for one hour's work. I said that was very expensive for a kitchen drain. His reply was that be glad it is Saturday morning because he charges more in the afternoon. That was after listening to him go on for half an hour about how Jesus changed his life and how wonderful Christianity is. So I am glad that Jesus turned his life around but I don't want to hear about for a half hour. I hope he gave 10% of his check to the church since he is such a good Christian. Never again Roto Rooter.

Of course it happens on the weekend, in the middle of prepping for a party and the drains back up. No toilets, showers, or laundry available. Called Rooter Ranger and they were here and fixed the problem in less than an hour.
I was surprised at the low cost and the friendliness of tech who came out. Couldn't have been more professional!!

Originally called for washing machine drain clogged. This drain connection ties in with our kitchen drain. They unclogged the issue with my washer machine but two days later my kitchen sink drain started backing up. I called them back and told them about kitchen sink issue I was now having. The guy could not say if I was going to have to pay an additional fee. He said he would have to see if the drains were indeed connected even though the plumber was told at time of visit for the clogged washer drain that they were. Regardless I needed to have the sink issues taken care of so I scheduled for next day to have them come out again. Appointment was set anywhere from 4pm to 8pm so I took the day off from work since my hours conflicted. I waited all day then they call 30 minutes till the last hour trying to tell me that they could still come out but the plumber is now on overtime and I would have to pay additional fees without even coming out to see if it was them who caused the kitchen sink to back up in the first place. I had already payed $300 for the first visit and now they just wasted my time I had to take off work plus still have the issue with my kitchen sink!!! IM so f*""'#en pissed!!!! For the love of GOD I hope if you are reading this that they did not bamboozle you and that you stay clear of these con artists!!

I would give 5 star review onto Raul who just happened to be in the neighborhood when I needed a plumber and he did a good job snaking the drain in my master bedroom (not an easy snake job).

They get 4 stars as I found Roto-rooter to be much more expensive than its competitors. My snake job would be $239.00 to $249.00 but their cost is $289.00. $289 is pretty crazy ball price for a 45 minute job.

We called them around 4pm and they got someone out same day to replace a wax ring on our toilet. They got here a little late, but was happy to have it dealt with for a decent price. Phillip was great and got it done quickly and easily and was friendly the entire time.

Devin is a total rock star and gave us unbeatable customer service!! We were staying at our friends' house, and I woke up to sewage water backing up and overflowing the bathroom... In a panic, I called the first plumbing number I could find on Yelp, and Devin was here in FIVE MINUTES FLAT. He immediately jumped into action, and I quickly realized he is a master problem solver and strategist... it turned into an extremely labor intensive 5 hour journey... and every step of the way, Devin brought in the A-list SWAT team of experts.. restoration team, etc., also helping us walk through exactly what he will do to ensure the report is accurate and covered by insurance. He maintained extreme composure and a calming demeanor despite a very stressful situation. The best part though is that, just as Devin got home late Saturday to enjoy a well-deserved drink.. water started coming out of the toilet again when we ran the washer/dryer.. and he personally came back out after hours to rapidly figure out and trouble shoot the new problem. He had all the neighbors run their water, waited for an entire load of laundry to finish to ensure the washer wouldn't cause problems.. got the restoration team back out.. and everything is working perfectly now.. I was VERY impressed by his level of dedication, positivity and quality service. He is a star employee, and despite it being a ""shitty"" situation (literally), it was an otherwise great experience lol!
