criminal business! Tenant requested due to a drain problem Alex responded said he ran a 75 ft cable but could not clear. One charge. Wanted a camera procedure but had to come back another charge! The told tenant that the mainline was Broken and for 6600.00 they could fix it ! I called Nicks San Diego Krew the immediately responded in 30 minutes they cleared the line and used a camera to make sure the main line was in tact! I allied Roto Rooter they were so rude! They are liars and criminals! Never use the criminal establishment! I tenant paid 880.00 debit they refused to refund . Nicks San Diego Drain Krew charged 670 and that was the OT charge due Roto Rooters incompetence!

This place is way too expensive! Try Bill Howe or ASI Plumbing if you don't want to be broke after having your drain cleared. I've never paid this much to have a drain cleaned. Lesson learned. Save your time, save your money.

Excellent service at very high price!
We had a blocked sewer line which required replacement of 5 feet drain. Juan Juarez and Omar Martinez were highly experienced in repairing it promptly. How did the supervisor Ivan estimate the cost of it will be $12,538.92 without any itemized proposal? Looks like a made up number!

I called Roto-Rooter on Easter day and Dennis was able to make time on the holiday to come out and unclog a main line drain. After calling several other plumbers. Dennis was most polite, professional and honest. He came out and fixed the problem. Will call again for other services.

$385 to run 25 feet of cable and unblock the sewer line. Never again. Find yourself some reasonable plumber. Same company charged me less than half for the same job last time. Shame on me for trusting Roto-Rooter as a repeat customer. Call someone else.

Last week I had sewage coming out of my yard, there was so many options for who I should call but Roto-Rooter San Diego had the best value from what I could find. The Young man Dylan came to my service ! He was very kind and honest and gave me multiple options for what they could do for me since there was a main line clog I believe it was called. If anyone has sewage issues no matter the location Id 100% recommend this business, and ask for Dylan too !
