I have called Roto Rooter twice over the past three years. Both times, they came out the same day, solved the problem quickly and completely, and the technician was so nice and helpful. (In 2024, we had Jose.)

We are actually dealing with roots getting into and blocking a sump basin (we have a rare Arizona basement home), which as the company name suggests is their specialty, and they have been fantastic.

They said the roots would probably grow back, and when they did, RR was my first call.

Roto-Rooter completed our repair (shower handle fell off). They fixed it and it works and the dispatch employees were very kind but those are the only good things I can say. Although it sounds like a simple fix (idk I'm not a plumber) we were quoted $400 which seemed very pricy. Imagine my shock when the bill came and it was actually $675. Seemed excessive. Additionally they did not communicate about running behind or respect our time. When I first called they told me the tech had a 2 hour window but then they showed up 3 hours later. They had to come back the next day and it was clearly communicated that we were unavailable after 10am. The tech promised to be there before 830 and then showed up well after 11. For the massive price I would at least expect timeliness or at the very least some type of basic communication. Thanks for fixing the shower but unfortunately I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

My entire plumbing system was backed up and water was coming up through the shower and onto the floor from the washer. I immediately searched emergency plumber. Roto-rooter came up and I saw they were available 24/7 (this was on a Saturday). They had a technician here within an hour. Andrea was fantastic and fixed the issue; and also stayed with me until the camera technician got here to fully diagnose the issue. Andrea stayed until the end and when they left, our issue was completely fixed. Fast, reliable, and knowledgeable.
