I don't know when these guys sleep but Oscar showed up for an after hours appointment on Friday night then returned bright and early the next day with a camera snake to double check the job. I appreciate this level of service.

Made an appointment for 8:00-8:30am, didn't show up. Called me and said they got busy and could make it between 11:00-1:00pm. By around 2:15, I called them and was told they got busier and wanted to reschedule for the next day. I told them forget it, I'll find someone else. If you schedule somebody then that person is a part of schedule. They clearly dumped me for more expensive jobs. Then they actually thought I would take a chance and waste another day waiting around for them!

I experienced a large leak from my house that started flooding my backyard. I was panicked and called over 5 vendors who were closed or unable to come by. I was very thankful on the 6th try to reach Roto-Rooter. In less than an hour of my call technician Juan showed up and I felt the weight off my shoulders. He worked for about 4 hour fixing the issue and was able to fix with limited impact on my landscape or deck. He was professional and courteous of my situation. It was a very windy night to be working and he got he job done with clear and concise communication to me along the way. I will use them again and have high praise for Juan.

As someone in the service industry, I am always amazed by workers who perform both physical labor AND give great service. I had a leaking pipe yesterday and called Roto-Rooter in a panic. Within ten minutes, they told me someone would be out by 2-4pm. Juan showed up by noon! He was super helpful, gave me free estimates, and didn't try to oversell anything. I'll be using Roto-Rooter for all my future plumbing needs!

Amazing service! I recently purchased a condo in Palm Springs, CA and on the second day of occupancy the plumbing backed up. Oscar Rodriguez was dispatched to my place and he took care of everything! Not only was he professional and friendly but he also took the time to explain the issues. Within a few hours he had the drains cleared.
