Trust is a rare commodity with many contractors. I have experienced the mis- information and disdain some service people show, especially toward women, all too often. That has not been the case with Keeghan of Roto-Rooter in Twin Falls. We ended up replacing our entire sewer line and had several unexpected setbacks come up, but they didn't charge any more than they bid for the job.
I am a cautious person, but it didn't take long for me to trust Keeghan and any of the guys he was supervising, to come and go from the house as needed. They were always very courteous and respectful and worked hard to get the job done right as quickly as possible.
We still have a little more to do to fully update our water and sewer system and you'd better believe I'll be calling Roto-rooter to get the job done.

they fired me for getting injured at work when i was released to go back to work. I requested they put my tools up because i couldn't as i was injured they used my tools for 6 months lost and broke most of them i purchased them new over the 8 months before my injure $18000 and i have junk left to try to get another job im married with 2 young children. they treat their customers the same nice as long as they need you and your garbage, after you have nothing more to contribute, they dont pull permits on most jobs are negligent to give you invoices and put unlicensed ppl to work with no supervision. dont do it!

Great staff and great work! Matt, especially, was super helpful to me in providing detailed diagnostics to aid in settling a claim with my insurance. He went above and beyond expectations to help us out and was always pleasant to work with - always very professional. Thank you to Roto-Rooter Twin Falls for fixing my plumbing troubles and to Matt for going the extra mile!
