Didn't come when they said they would. Didn't try snaking the drain before misdiagnosing the problem and offering to fix it for $400. We declined, but were charged $79 for the privilege of the guy showing up. We used to think highly of this company, but will never use them again.

Just don't waste your time. We were out of town and so I had my office manager, female, let them in and explain exactly what was happening and that it had happened before and what we needed completed. Sewer line backs up because only the toilets get used in the office portion of the house and therefore sometimes the toilet paper will back up.

Wellllll.... Nathan told her that he couldn't get it and needed to use a special high pressure hose at the tune of approx 800$! In addition to the service call of $149.

She called us, and I decided to just send him home.

I called the owner and told them of our dissatisfaction with the tech and asked for another to be dispatched. He told us that it would be best if they didn't and said good bye and hung up.

Soooo....

We called another company and they were here in about 2 hours for the grand total of 89$, no high pressure fancy-mancy machine needed, just a good olé fashion garden hose.

Don't waste your time. I have a strong feeling this may not have happened if a male were here!

I called roto-rooters to inspect our leaking water heater. While I appreciate the responds time which is 1-2 hours and not charging for the visit; 2 things happened during the visit. When I opened the door with my dog standing next to me, I had the screen door still not opened; I asked if he is ok with the dog. His responds was ""I prefer for the dog to go away.. then when I said that the dog is friendly: he said this is what I was told in the past."" Then he promptly quoted me 2300 for the heater where all other companies quoted me no more than 1500. I would not recommend them!!!

I used Roto Rooter a few times at least four plus years ago.

I called them out yesterday for an ejector pump issue. They said they would be out before noon. I rec'ed a text and announced it would be later between 2-5 PM. 4:40 PM a service tech reached me and we discussed the problem and determined it would be better tomorrow morning, his first appt. He said he would arrive 8:45 - 9:00 AM. At 9:40AM I called RR and operator said tech is on the way.

Two fellows arrived by separate vehicles, showed them the issue and they did a diagnosis.

When I previously used RR for the same job, I supplied the ejector pump the billing was just over $500 this time for the same job the total was $1,500. ""Highway robbery"" I told them thank you but no thank you. Called their manager but no return call.

I made a few calls for other providers in local area ... now getting the job done for under $300. I will never use RR again ...

This was the review I gave them online - dont even bother calling them. THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED.
You guys stood me up. I was promised at 6PM yesterday and at 8PM yesterday and at 11PM that i Will have someone at the home to fix my plumbing issue. I would have called other plumbers and i did not based on your reassurance.. But finally i get a call at 1130 PM that I wont have anyone till 11am next day and its now 3PM and still no one even called....I will writing reviews for you everywhere..no one should be using you guys. Even after i told you the complete water in my house in turned off , you still did not feel like coming.

NOT USE AGAIN: Roto-Rooter cleaned out a line that was under warranty but charged me $235. I called them and they said they would give me a refund. They did not. I called again and they said they it was not under warranty but they would refund $75. They did not. Most disappointing to find their warranty is worthless. Note: the warranty is for labor. The work was to clean out the line (all labor and no parts or materials).
