Had a suspected lint block in my basement drain. Submitted an appointment request online after hours and got a call the very next morning to schedule. They don't charge to come out and assess and give an estimate. I was relieved that I was correct in my assessment of lint, and already had a safe guard in place for moving forward. Was also told there's no way a snake would've cleared it, so I was fine with paying $229. Whatever, better than a bigger problem! And they don't charge a card fee.

Had a blockage in my underground sump pump discharge pipe. Called noon on Saturday and said someone could be here between 3 and 7 with a free estimate and no extra charge for weekend. Arrived around 4 and Sairhi quoted a price and due to the short length we negotiated a price at less than 1/2. Did a first pass and removed a few roots and she felt there were more. Got out a larger unit and removed a big group of roots. She wanted to double check and we added water to the sump pit. It discharged into the sewer with no problem. She was very professional and I am very happy with the job. Would highly recommend them.

Would 0star if it was offered call because because my sister was driving backing up when I would run my washer. And the guy came out I explained what was going on he turned around and told having run my sink and my tub and said the drain was clear during the discussion before he was looking for anything like he was looking for anything to charge me try saying he had to go through my toilet because my washer was on my outflow and other things got serious they were told I got told that I had to pay even more money even though the guy had been hadn't done anything and she never got charged $58 for him to tell me to run my water I would never do business with this company again

Would leave 0 stars if that was an option. Had a back up on our basement. I happened to be at work and my wife called Roto Rooter because that's a name she knows. Tech came out, talked down to my wife and told her the issue was with our septic tank and that it needed to be emptied, even though we just had it emptied a few weeks ago. My wife got the septic company on the phone, they told her what to look for and told her the septic was fine. Guy continued to talk down to my wife, did about 10 minutes of actual work, and more lecturing. They left and didn't even get all the clogs out. Insanely priced for 10 minutes worth of work and to be condescending to the customer. Called to speak with a manager and they said they would call back and never did. I called a second time and they were condescending to me on the phone as well. How this company has been in business this long I don't k know, will definitely call a local guy next time.

Very predatory company. I did some work with a homeowner, which involved a tiny leak in the upstairs bathroom that barely stained the kitchen ceiling with a slight brown spot, and did not affect the flooring at all. A guy named Mark Sweet came out and convinced her it was at least $8,000 worth of damage but the insurance company would take care of everything, and that he would be ripping up her flooring, her entire ceiling, and the entire bathroom floor upstairs. In reality the only thing she needed was to get the leak fixed ($200-$300), and then have the kitchen ceiling repainted. Mark pressured her to sign, which she did, but then she thankfully discovered that she had 48 hours to null and void the contract, which she did. She also called the attorney general's office. Be very careful of these people.

Imagine a contractor quoting you based on completing 3 things. 2 Pipes and a new floor drain. I went over the scope of work 3 times. You sign the unclear digital contract on their iPad. Contractor says they're finished. You ask for a photo of the work and they hang up the phone. You get there and they replaced 1 pipe and no floor drain (a fraction of the work) Estimated cost from another plumber $500. They still charge you the full $1,609.92 and say that they recorded you. Feels predatory. I don't recommend!!! I'm seeing a lot of negative reviews here. Might be time for class action!

Plumber was professional but came by twice for kitchen clog. Said it was fixed but said of not, a rerouting/ replacement of a valve needed. Problem continued. My 80 year old father came by with his Menards purchased router. Fixed the problem in a few minutes. Big waste of the over inflated price of 250 plus recommendation of unnecessary fixes. Ill stick with local plumber. Run from this place!

They're service is quick and thorough. I've had a number of plumbing projects tackled, including bathroom water line valve replacements, hot water tank replacement, installing an in-wall laundry water line and drain box all without problem and much more reasonably priced than I've had quoted elsewhere. They're my go-to-plumbing guys.
