Recommended Customer Reviews

I can't recommend this company enough. I have used other plumbing companies in our area and they do not compare.
The company was bought awhile back by Owner Paul Cozad. If you had a poor experience with this company prior to its current management, give it another try.
Quotes are up front and honored, affordable, honest, quick to respond, friendly, knowledgeable,
Senior discount. I've used 4 times now. Failed Sewer line replacement, clean out drain and drain clogs. Always great service, AIWAYS! Their prices are always less expensive than their competitors quotes and their service is always great. They really get the concept of ""Good Customer Service"".

We had Roto Rooter replace our main sewer line. They did a fantastic job. They provided an accurate estimate for the Pipe Bursting which was lower than other bids, they were flexible with their schedule, arrived on time, did a great job and left the place as clean as it was when they came. the whole crew was very friendly and professional and took the time to answer questions. The nature of this project could have ended with them digging our whole yard but as it turned out, the Pipe Bursting was successful and the digging was not necessary. We have thousands of plants in our yard and they all survived the ordeal.
I will not hesitate to use them again and I highly recommend them.

Ok... initially made some calls around town (including checking the Chamber of Commerce Directory) and found that I was being referred to Roto Rooter. Since we were in Mexico, we called Sherrie (new owner) and enjoyed our interaction with her. Paul, her husband, and their dynamic daughter, Tara, made this a delightful service relationship.
Issue: clogged drain in our downtown Longview ""Cascade Building"" which overflowed into 1st floor & basement. Quick response on call and responsive follow-up when back in town. Recommend to give these new local family owners a call!

They charged me $205 to snake one line and then when the same line backed up two days later, said they could come back out but would still charge the $125 fee. Treated me like I had no idea what I was talking about despite this has happened before. Poor customer service all around. Will never use again.

I don't know what Maggina K is talking about, we had them help out a business by my cousins house. They showed up on time, were very friendly, and got the job done quickly. He has a family and a plumbing issue is a big deal for them and their fast paced life.I highly recommend them if you need help.

About a year ago, we got TOTALLY ripped off by this company with hidden fees and outrageous pricing. On top of that, one of the workers actually ASKED for a cash tip! I have never experienced such unprofessional-ism!
AFTER being ripped off with horrible service and outrageous pricing, we wrote a review because that is what the internet is for, the owner came to our business establishment and threatened to sue us for $100,000 for writing a bad review. Please, go to a lawyer's office and explain to them how you want to sue someone for sharing their experience on the internet. If this was a viable threat, you might as well sue everyone using the internet and reading that review while you are at it. Let's live in the 21st century, shall we? Very unprofessional, and completely out of line. Do not use this company!
And to Roto-Rooter, if you want to save your business from bankruptcy, do yourself a favor and better your professionalism and business model.

Yeah Roto Router - you saved the day.
We are house sitting in Longview when the Kitchen sink plugged up. I tried fixing it - Drano - used a ""snake"" to go around 10 feet into the drain but no luck. Yesterday - Friday - I called around 1:30 and asked them for help. She said they could have a tech out at 3:30-4:00. I called at 4 and asked how they were doing and found out one of their techs had hurt himself and thus the other one was doing double duty and so would be late - around 4:30 or 5:00. I called at 5:00 and found out he was having some problems but would be here before 5:30 - which he was. He hooked up his ""snake"" and went down the pipes all the way to the main connection - freeing up the system and saving the day.
I would have given them a 5 star but I believe a quick courtesy call - at least once would have been more professional. Anyway - I would highly recommend their service and thanks again.

I just recently moved into a house and the septic system evidently was very over ran. The company in longview was very quick to get out and did a very very very good job. So you may be asking yourself why I gave them only 3 stars well this is why. I originally called in let them know how big my tank was and everything and they quoted me $515 for the pumping and the transport fee, I was like awesome they were not the cheapest around but also not the most expensive. I sent them out. I got a call AFTER everything was done just to let me know that it went from $515 up to $937, I about freaked out. Then he proceeded to explain to me why it went up so much and everything which I understand it just would have been nice to know before he did the work. So that is the only reason why they got docked it would have been nice to know that my bill was going to pretty much double in price! Other then that the guy was super nice, cleaned up after himself, and did a marvelous job!
