The website stated that they service Milam County. I called and was told that they only service an apartment building complexi in Cameron. They should update their website. Also, the customer service was unporfessional .

First: our technician was late because he had van issues according to the scheduler. Not a big issue if it were believable; they showed later up with three trucks and about 7 workers all together. The main technician didn't check the toilet at all and wasn't interested in the clean out on the side of my house, but wanted to instead cut a hole in my ceiling under the upstairs toilet and cut the drain pipe to investigate. Total cost was quote at $2500!!

I called Mr. Rooter and scheduled them instead. Professional service (with no ceiling demo) for under $200. Be aware and shop around!

Warning! When they come out, the quote a price. I agreed to $258 to install a fill valve. I suggest you ask them specifically beforehand about the parts, labor, and service charges. Instead of diagnosing the problem, they ask you what happened and they use your terminology against you. After the fill valve was installed, which took about 10-15 minutes, the toilet began to flush every 2 seconds. I told him about it and he said I now needed a rebuild for $350. I told him I could buy a new toilet with installation for that price. I paid him but the more I thought about it, I called them back. I was to be the second customer on the list the next morning. Well about 2 pm I called, and I was informed that he was still on his first job. (smh...what a lie!) I called again at 4:30 and they told me he was still on the first job. I told the receptionist I was going to file a complaint. Her reply was, "That's fine". Well how many complaints do yall receive? I had YT my problem and bought a seal for the flush valve. The plumber put it on reluctantly and mentioned I still needed a rebuild. So for a week, I just turned the water off to that toilet. I watched YT one more time, listened carefully, and realized the seal he put on wasn't properly installed. I installed the seal and saved myself over $300. SO PLEASE MAKE THEM ITEMIZE THE ESTIMATE. I looked at my invoice(too mad before) and notice none of the estimate was itemized. I am quite sure he should have also thought about other reasons why the toilet would not fill with water and TESTED if the water was staying in the toilet. After the toilet consistently flushed, he knew exactly what I needed but he decided to leave the toilet running like that.
