Called Monday, it was a holiday so I completely understood they wouldn't be able to come until Tuesday. Gave all my info and was told someone would call in the morning. No one called. I called back on Tuesday. An Appointment was made for between 12-2pm on Wednesday. No one came Wednesday afternoon. Called Thursday morning, was told by Gabriel that they had no record of an appointment on Wednesday, he said some one would come today, gave them my mothers number since I was headed to work. Received a call at 10:30 while I was working saying someone was available and would be there soon. Got another voicemail while at work and called back- Instructed Delia to call my mother directly, who was waiting at the house, since I was at work, 2 hours go by, still no one came. Called again, said they were finishing up a call then would be there. 2 hours later, still no one. Was told by another lady that Delia wasn't there and whatever she told me was wrong and had nothing to do with her, technician was still at another call. Unbelievably bad customer service. So now almost 5 days later I have to find another plumber that will ACTUALLY show up.

We had a team of two technicians that responded to an issue we were having with our washer drain. The job wasn't a simple fix, but the tech discussed the scope of the job, plus some alternatives with my husband. There is a $90 estimate fee, but he waived it for us. We opted for one the other alternative fixes (how it was set up by previous owner), and didn't end up needing their help. We are very appreciative of his knowledge and the time he took to inspect our plumbing.

They followed through on the expectation they would arrive within an hour. Unfortunately, meeting expectations stopped there, as they strung us along for the next 24 hours. As a result, we made no progress dealing with a plumbing emergency and lost an entire day waiting on Roto-Rooter. We certainly understand that services can be overbooked. However, their competitors where straightforward with us in communicating their availability. Roto-Rooter was not. I would encourage others to book services with them only as a backup alternative.

Call Roto Rooter this morning asking about installing a toilet. The man that answer the phone was nice he told me it would be a $75 service fee no problem so had appointment this evening guy came out and I told him this the toilet to be install and this the toilet to take out he look at it and said it will be $258 so I ask will the $75 service fee will be deduct from that he said no that the total it will cost to do the job. I know to remove and to replace toilet it only about $150 to $180 they are a rip off. Seam like they make up prices as they go. So be care when you get them to come out and do so work over price very bad. Go another company to do the same job for $150.

My appointment was at 1:30 I call to find out if the 1:30 appointment is confirmed. Sorry to say the lady that answered the phone needs more training in customer services. If you don't care about your Cuestomer you are going to lose a lot of your business

They came out on a Sunday afternoon & quickly repaired our water leak. Very courteous & professional. They brought the water service up to code & therefore needed a city permit so it costs more than we expected but now we have a shut off valve at the house. We will definitely use them again.

Got a call same day and had a technician come out. He worked quickly and efficiently and got the job done. I did find out hours later that the city could've done the same thing for free versus the $218 I paid.

For emergency plumbing. Dispatch said they'd have someone on their way. We went about our business, thinking the problem would be cleared up soon. We get a call 2 hours later to tell us that they don't actually service our area.

I had never dealt with Roto-Rooter before--I always used small local companies, but I really think that may have been a mistake because I had the best experience with this Roto-Rooter franchise.
I was buying a home in Temple and needed to get a sewer scope done before closing. Called a few local companies, and no one had either the technology or heard of such a thing. Maybe it is not a common thing to get before purchasing a home in Texas. Lo an behold, I decided to check with Roto-Rooter in Belton. They had the technology, and the office lady was helpful, and she got me an appointment on the day I wanted (2 days later). She couldn't tell me the cost over the phone, but I figured it would be in the $300 range, as I am very familiar with the inspection.
On the day of the appointment, the office called and told me the tech, Dustin, was on his way. He showed up promptly at 9am (as I had requested since it was "inspection day" at the home). Dustin was very professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. The technology he was using was awesome. He kept me informed of everything he did during the inspection, informed me of problems I had (showing me on the video) and went above and beyond, giving a very thorough inspection. He told me the issues I would face in the near future and told me how they could be resolved. He estimated the repairs, gave me a quick USB of the video, described the issues in full and wrote it all up in an estimate. I would also like to mention, Dustin was out in the mud, as it had rained very hard, but that muck did not prevent him from doing his job (the other trades guys I had out were cursing it, while Dustin remained happy and did not complain once).
I highly, highly recommend this Roto-Rooter. The pricing for both the inspection and projected repair was under what I was hoping. Once we close on this house, they will be my first call for the many, many plumbing repairs this house will be needing. And I highly recommend asking for Dustin. He did stellar work for me and was the ever immaculate professional!
