I called Roto for a clogged toilet on March 6th, he came, got the clog resolved, charged 405.00.
Today, toilets have to be plunged to flush, so..problem was not resolved.
Who can tell me who to call to resolve this issue.
Not happy with roto today!!

The guy that came out was great.
But he got it unclog within 15mins. But the price was outrageous $364.00 for 15 minutes

Worst job EVER!! Left us in worse condition than we were. Technition ""Danny"" and his high school intern were worthless. Think twice before calling this firm!! Tried to post photos but their website won't download! The boss ""Rick"" will not return our call and the office assistant will not give us his cell number to send these photos

Very unprofessional and they don't fix the job they patch it. They don't care about the inconvenience of the customer AFTER you pay them. Then to top it off they have don't have customer service over the phone it was literally a shouting match!

Our toilet overflowed on a Friday morning. Two weeks before Christmas. We called Roto Rooter to come out and fix it. They got their tools stuck in our toilet and left at 2:00 on a Friday afternoon and told us they didn't have the equipment to fix it and would be back on Monday. We went the whole weekend without water. We woke up Sunday morning with our downstairs flooded by sewer water. No one would come out and repair due to Roto Rooter having their equipment stuck in our toilet. It took Roto Rooter 2 more days to finally fix our problem. They continued to have excuses for not coming or destroying our home. I even called the manager and he seems to have excuses and blaming others for the reason of the flooding. ""At least You have insurance"" is all I got. Three months later and there is still a huge hole in my yard where they have not finished the job. I am just now finding a contractor to come and repair the interior of my home that is costing more than insurance covers. Be forewarned NEVER use Roto Rooter!!!

I Had a toliet that was leaking and had to be replaced. They has a plumber to my house within 2 hours who replaced the toliet and charged me the quoted rate. Excellent service.
