Great experience with Roto Rooter. Office manager was extremely helpful and professional. Dylan showed up on time and did a fantastic job We highly recommend them!

Asked them for a quote to replace a lift station. They were lowest bidder but after they completed job they billed for extras not in quote then had nerve to bill for giving quote. The costs added up and turned out they were way more expensive then next closest bidder. Make sure you get everything in writing and make sure you know what they are actually charging for.

No mask was worn inside!!!! I clearly requested that a mask is worn beforehand by all parties at all times when entering my house. when one technician left my house to go to his car the other technician returned with his mask pulled down. I politely asked that he put it back on and he pulled his gray mask back up... it was fully on once the other technician returned. However because of this inconvenience I have to work outside today while my house airs out. They only refunded me $50 of the $150 service and when I called to report the issue to the manager she immediately yelled at me and talked overand accused me of lying. She accused me of having issues with the mask he wore and lying about the him not wearing the mask. I repeatedly said I had no issues with the mask just issues with him not wearing at all times in my house which I believe was an honest mistake. But a mistake that is hugely inconvenient and grossly irresponsible during a pandemic.Terrible terrible unprofessional service.

Very pleased with the service we received today. We had a major hot water line break late last night, but were able to turn our entire water off the main right away, so fairly minimal damage to the house. I then called Roto- Rooter Plumbers last night to ask for a plumber for this morning. A very pleasant person took our info & told me someone would call me this AM. The long story short-is, that we had Dylan at our door bright and early, he located the leak behind the wall, cut through the drywall, had to go and get a part, returned, installed a whole new section of pipe & was finished before noon. ( which was before I could even get another plumber out to look) Very pleasant, competent service, reasonably priced. Will definitely use their service again.

My kitchen sink wouldn't drain this morning. In less than 2 hours, Dylan was here. He was very professional and efficient. He fixed the kitchen sink, bathroom sinks and tub.

Can you say upsell? $300 job turns into $1800? I understand we got some variables here but how can you be off by so much?? Classic up sell company, employs bad business practices, doesn't care about the customer. Try Mr Rooter or Henry's.

Had a significant issue with water backing up in the drains. Spoke with Tina who was fantastic... she sent Matthew who arrived about 30 min later. Matthew came in and got the job done in about an hour. Very happy with the outcome and the people that I was involved with.

Only place in town with an auger long enough for my property so I am stuck with them when my drains clog. Worst customer service ever. Every time I have called, I get a technician named Clay who promises a couple of hours. Now I understand that I have to wait my turn, but I don't appreciate being put to the end of the line over and over, every single time. This morning he said by noon. I called at 1:30 and he said 2 hours tops. I called at 4 and he said an hour. At 5:15 I called dispatch and took a fit. He just said he was on his way, half an hour. I am now missing a church gig at 6pm and my evening plans. This happens every time. Every. Single. Time. My advice is to avoid rotorooter if you possibly can. They lie.

**UPDATE** The master plumber (Kyle) came out and explained what he did and fixed the issue. He also sent the receipt right after. This is what we wanted done the first time, but we're glad it was fixed before it got worse. Thank you for correcting the issue! The technician came out Wed to look at our issue and yesterday they came to fix it. A little after they got here they said they have the wrong part so they left and returned. They were here about 10min and packed up their tools and headed straight to the door without saying anything. They seemed in a rush to leave, but I stopped on of the techs to make sure i got the email receipt (which I have still yet to receive). Today the issue was worse than what it originally was and had to call another tech to come out. The tech came today advised if we move/knock on the pipes it will cause it to leak...WE ARE PAYING TO HAVE IT FIXED NOT TO GET EXCUSES AND HAVE THE JOB RUSHED! The tech said he'll come back and fix it later today and stated the tech that came prior was new... This will be the last time we EVER use this company.

Worst customer service ever. The receptionist, Tina, is great. When the technician arrived, he walked around, went back to his truck and never came back in. Never even explained why he was leaving or call back to explain. We just waited and waited. When I called back, Tina informed me that the technician told her that he couldn't address our issue. Thats fine, just communicate. I feel sorry for Tina
