Our drain was clogged to our washer they did come out going on 3 weeks and job is still not finished. called just got the run around said the plumber took personal time. We had to call someone else to get the job done. So disappointed in this business.

I paid $220 to this company to unclog my kitchen sink drain. They broke the cabinet doors off, they left the pipes loose so that it was pouring water under the sink instead draining through the pipe, so I had to fix the leak, and today the sink is backing up again. We called to see if they guaranteed their work, but they responded that it would cost double for them to come out and fix it since it is after hours, but if we wait until tomorrow morning they will only charge us full price. I am very unhappy with the service I have received. I could buy the drain cleaning machine for less than they charged, and it would at least be able to fix the problem if it reoccurs.

Got a sewer scope and a quote for a repipe of a house. The scope was supposed to record and then didn't. The quoting guy was super dramatic, he would look at something and say ""oh that's gonna suck"" as he was doing the quote. Communication was like pulling teeth. They eventually ghosted me.

Ellensburg, We had a sewage blockage in our septic system which caused a backup in our master bathroom. Kehl from Roto-Rooter was great, he talked with my husband about the septic system, identified where the problem was and fixed it immediately. The person scheduling the appointments was great to work with, as we had to coordinate with other services to for the cleanup. He was on time, the estimate was accurate and the problem was resolved in an expeditious manner. We would use them again.

I called in the morning to make an appointment because my kitchen sink was leaking heavily. They didn't have an availability until the next day which was fine. We shut the water off and were drying things up with towels.

The appointment was from 10-12. At around 1215 we get a call that the plumber was running late and could head out to our house now. We had an appointment to run to so couldn't stay. This was for a medical specialist that takes about 6-8 weeks to get into.

I told her we wouldn't be able to do it today. The woman from Roto-Rooter asked me if it was an emergency and I told her that my kitchen sink was leaking all over my kitchen. The woman then told me that because I wouldn't cancel my appointment my kitchen sink obviously wasn't that much of an emergency.

She was rude and even though we were there waiting at my house at the time of the appointment she tried to make me feel as if it was my fault that the plumber wasn't going to make it to my house. This woman does not belong working with the public. None of this was my fault but this woman wanted to make sure I felt like it was.

I called another plumber who was able to come out immediately and he showed up on time. Roto-Rooter had been our go to plumber but no longer.

I looked in the yellow pages and googled plumbers in Ellensburg, Wa. I called Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain 305 N Ruby Street Ellensburg Wa.
The lady on the phone was very friendly. Two guys showed up. They replaced the heating elements in my hot water tank and replaced the rubber flapper in my toilet. This work cost me $810.00. The service was fine but I think $650.00 labor for 1 plumber and an apprentice for 2 hours is way to much. But I find out they are not from Ellensburg at all. They told me they had come from Yakima. I said I made sure I called an Ellensburg address because I was 16 miles north of Ellensburg. I was told it was no big deal that they had just left a call in Cle Elum. So I have to assume that the people in Cle Elum and I were both charged for travel time from Yakima. Either that or I was charged $325.00 an hour for service. You can decide for yourself but with this post you will at least know what to expect.

NOT a good experience at all.
I went on line and scheduled an appt for Aug 11, 2018. When the technician didn't arrive during scheduled time, I thought ""no biggie, something must of happened. Maybe I didn't complete the steps of something."" So I called and set up appointment for Aug. 18, 2018, hoping it would be guaranteed I could get my bathroom fixed. I was told there would be a $49.95 travel charge and the tech would be here between 9 and 11.
Eleven o'clock comes and goes, and I haven't heard anything, so I call them. I was told that someone was supposed to contact me because they needed approval for overtime charges!?!? What? That is why I scheduled on Sat. because it was stated to me it was straight time? Oh they meant the travel charge of $74.83?!?!?! I said, wait I was told previously that it was 49.95. I was then told they could give me a 10% discount but the travel charge would be $74.83. Fine whatever, I need the bathroom fixed. Right?
So 2:15 rolls around and I get a call stating the tech can't be here until later and that it would be overtime hours! When my appt was for 9 to 11. Two wasted Saturdays waiting for a plumber, and the bathroom is still broken. NO THANK YOU. I am starting to feel a little set up. I will find another company that is straight with me. This is my first and last experience with Roto Rooter.
I am New to Ellensburg area so I am looking for a respected plumber for my bathroom.

We have been customers of Roto-Rooter for a long time. From the very courteous scheduler lady to the Plumbers each is a true professional. Our last job was part of a remodel that required tile cutting, refitting and seating a toilet. We have been lucky enough to have had Kevin assigned to our jobs. We were amazed that he never batted an eye as the difficulty of the job grew and grew. He did everything he needed to do and we are so very satisfied with the job, the cleanup and the great individual. Prices are always at or below bid. It is really excellent to have a reliable company we can trust completely.

Best offer for drain clean outs. They were able to extract a screwdriver that my son threw down the toilet drain while doing a bathroom remodel in a timely fashion. Very impressed with their work and ability to get there so fast.
