This was the second time they have come to help. I was happy about the availability of the workers to get things fixed in a timely manner. We were even able to video chat to see what I could do in the meantime and exactly what they were going to need so they'd come fully prepared. The only downside was the bill. It seemed too neat in pricing. Instead of a rounded number I expected to see detailed reciept of the parts used and then break down of the time worked. It was instead all rounded to the nearest $100 and labeled parts and service only which to me could give a sense of being overpriced.

We called at about 1 PM today. Rita was helpful and friendly in arranging the service call. Corey arrived before 3 PM and was done in about 45 minutes. He was able to clear the partial blockage that had been causing our bathtub to back up sometimes. Our drains are now flowing as they should. Corey made sure to clean up the very minimal stuff on the floor in the bathroom.
He explained what he thought the problem was, and gave us some good advice about things to do to help prevent future problems. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter for fast and professional service.

We were able to get an appointment quickly (it was not an emergency) and the technician (Corey) was on time and efficient. There was an issue when a rusted pipe broke but it was fixed immediately. The final cost stayed within the estimate (not including the extra charge for the burst old pipe, which couldn't be helped).

I called Roto-Rooter (802-863-2722) to unclog a sewer drain on 1/14/17. While the plumber was ""working"", he got a sewer vent pipe dislodged and disconnected. Afterwards he wouldn't admit he made a mistake and refused to accept any responsibility. Instead he wanted to charge me another $200 to get it reconnected. I got in contact with the owner (Craig). After a long, at times heated and confrontational discussion, he finally agreed to fix the problem. I ended up paying him another $30.
On a positive note, the plumber did come promptly when called. However, the total denial of responsibility was unacceptable. All this should not have happened if he had done it correctly in the first place.I would stay away from this company in the future.

I called Roto-Rooter to have them come auger out my sewer line as well as to see why one of my toilets wasn't flushing. Corey was the tech that showed up. He fixed the block in the toilet with a hand auger. He then ran a camera line down the line to the main to show me where the trouble spots were before cleaning out the line with the auger. He was very professional and I definitely recommend Roto-Rooter.

I tried to fix my slow-draining bathroom sink & only made it worse, even got the stopper stuck in the process. Corey from Roto-Rooter came out the next working day and not only quickly fixed that problem, he also diagnosed and fixed another plumbing problem I've had for a while: intermittent freezing of my pipes when the weather gets super cold. It's so worth the cost to have someone with real experience quickly solve and work through a problem. Plus, it was clear Corey really cared about helping me. I consider what he did above and beyond the usual Roto-Rooter job, and I really appreciate the time he spent tracking down the source of the problem and fixing it. Highly recommended!
