José arrived and was very knowledgeable about the whole situation. He was able to include me in the whole ordeal and explain to me step by step what needed to be done in my house. I was having a very hard time finding any other plumbing company that would show up on time and do what needed to be done at the right price. Once I called them I got Speedy service and they were here much faster than any other company that I called. Their Delight to work with.

I had a backflow problem with my sewer and Mark easily found the problem. He was really great! He answered all my questions with perfect knowledge! He definitely knows his profession! It was a little pricey but it could have been worse. Thank you Mark so much for your help and kindness! !

I had a slab leak from a pipe in my master bathroom and was worried from all of the horror stories I had read about in getting them repaired. No worries necessary. Brian and Matt came out and had everything fixed in a matter of a few hours! They were easy to talk to and explained everything. In addition, Bryan saved me money by having me wait until Monday so I didn't get charged the weekend rate (I had turned my hot water heater off, so no hot water would be leaking causing more damage through the weekend). All the work was done for about the price of my insurance deductible, so I didn't even have to go through the headache of filing a claim!

Just want say second time I've use roto rooter I just hope you get my service guy James he had another guy with him both were very neat clean and highly professional in both cases no mess directly explained all phases before starting work very good personality and for service well I didn't expect that level . Their technicians backed into my friends car FAILED TO TELL THEIR EMOLOYER
Now they will not respond to her about a rental car or repairs to her personal vehicle.

I've used them twice. While their work is high quality, both times they attempted to overcharge me for the time they spent on the job. Both times they claimed to have worked more hours than they did. Only after doing the math did they agree that they were overcharging me and reduced their bill. Additionally, they always send a plumber ($125/hr) and an apprentice ($75/hr). At $200/hr... make your own choice...
