It was nice that when I called in the morning, they made it a couple of hours later. The service person was professional. What I would have changed was a lower price for the service and they forgot to call before they got there.

Can we give zero stars? We paid for a service that was never resolved, and now they want to charge us again to come back to fix the same problem. Our sink backs up when we run the washing machine. Because we don't do laundry everyday and the issue occurs when larger loads are done, the technician, Jose, guaranteed the service for 30 days. Issue is still occurring and when we contacted them, they insisted guarantee is only for 7 days. They basically want to charge us again for an issue that was never resolved and for a service we already paid for. What happened to having some pride in your work and good customer service? Is it difficult to guarantee your service for more than a week? This is essentially blantant swindling of money. Would NEVER recommend this company or this technician. Have tried contacting the manager, Mike, to no avail. Beware of Roto Rooter. There are plenty of other plumbing services in town. Look elsewhere.

What a great company!! Mark came to my house on a Lear Saturday night and stayed till after Midnight to resolve our dilemma.
What a great personality and truly promotes ""Customer First"".
From my first call till Mark left the house I was provided with a clear and transparent communication.
I wish my company could provide services like this to our customers. The Manager of the Shrevepoprt office should be extremely proud of his team!

José came by the house this evening and fixed a pipe that had busted because of the weather. He came and did a phenomenal job. He explained every step and the price was extremely Fair. This is the second time that Jose has done work for me in this home and the quality of work is top-notch. This company is phenomenal and provides great customer service and friendly people when you call. They are extremely knowledgeable about everything they do and are extremely professional in every way. I highly recommend this company and their employer Jose whenever you need any plumbing needs day or night they'll come.

After calling, a gentleman quickly showed up to help us with our sewer issues. Not only was he prompt but very polite and helpful. He gave us advice and information to help us in the future. The price was reasonable and the work was done quickly. We will definitely use them again!

Roto-Rooter is hands down the best plumbers I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. From waking up early Saturday morning to a flooded kitchen floor and not knowing where to begin, I started with calling Mike Murray and his team as he quickly disbatched Brian and Nick within minutes to my residence. These guys were true professionals that went way above and beyond to find the problem and in no time remedied a solution. After this experience I will never again put my faith in anyone who is not affiliated with their organization when it comes to plumbing issues. I was and still am 110% completely satisfied with the service I received and just to show this review is legitimate, here is my work order number 50409. Trust me if you wake up to a similar situation give them a try and by the end of the day you and your family will be resting easy!!!

Twice this week they were scheduled to come out to my house. Both times I waited for the 2 hour window for the plumber to show up, neither time did he. After the first time I called and complained, when he was rescheduled to come two days later they called that morning to confirm the appointment and told me the plumber would call when en route. Never heard from him. Will not be using them again.
