Recommended Customer Reviews
I just want to start this out by saying all the plumbers and technicians are very nice. That being said, they have a strong lack of customer service and quality of work. I had them do a large plumbing job replacing a sewer line. They did it promptly and replaced it. In doing so, they cut the power line to my garage. They also left my back yard full of excess dirt and large shards of old ceramic sewer pipe. After this, some sewer problems still persisted. 3 months later they came and had to redo parts of the sewer because they must have not cleared it correctly the first time. All of this without my knowledge (I was not residing at the house at the time). So after clearing the dirt and leveling out my bake yard which took days of manual labor, my yard is back to where I started with no notice. I have forgot to mention that the power in my garage is still out! It has been that way for over 3 months even though they promised they would fix it. Now after this second retry they did, I have no power or no cable(they cut that as well without fixing it). I was also informed by my neighbor that one of the plumbers asked to use their electric because my house was locked. After my neighbor agreed, the plumber realized he did not have enough extension cords to do the job. He then proceeded to ask my neighbor to borrow his extension cords! He did not come prepared with a small generator or even extension cords, basic equipment that should be on hand. My neighbor also told us that they left over an inch of white gravel on my driveway after redoing the sewer line in which he cleaned up himself. These ""professionals"" may know how to plumb, but they know nothing about customer service or business. They do no keep the customer informed, and I have had to call them an uncountable number of times to see if they were ever coming back to fix the power and/or my sewer line. If you w a plumber to show up, do a half ass job, bill you thousands, and then never contact you again after promising more service, then this company is right for you!I would not wish this dissatisfaction on even my worst enemy.
