1 star is a compliment. Absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Sent a plumber out and he shows up with no proper equipment and never calls me back to say he can't do it. He told our guest he'd need to come back another day. WHY WOULD YOU SEND SOMEONE OUT TO FIX SOMETHING WITH NO PROPER EQUIPMENT?! from the call center to the people on ground- unbelievable.

It was great to get immediate help on a weekend for a fairly simple problem with the toilets. One needed to be cleared and the others needed investigation as to functionality. Harley was available and arrived on time and skillfully got to work while explaining the process. In an hour the problem was solved and we were good to go. They can run a scope and see if there's blockage in the waste lines, and clear those plugs when needed. It's nice to get instant results and not have to wait until Monday. Thumbs up!

I tried to leave a review with the company's email but it didn't work so I'm leaving it here. I hardly ever take time do this but it was a job well done and what a relief!! Hopefully what I write here will help that somebody looking for good service. A clogged toilet is a first time for me. And it was a Saturday. The other company I called told me the person could come after 7pm. I decided not to wait and to look for another source, and glad I did. I called Roto-Rooter and they sent JACOB G. While going through the Yelp reviews I'd read about the good service a certain JACOB provided to some condo guy, so naturally I was gladdened you hear it would be a JACOB too coming to save the day! I was assuming it was the same JACOB. And he did save the day! As he worked, he simultaneously explained, very clearly, the possible reasons for the clogging. He released the clog and the toilet flushed very well, unlike how it's been flushing till then - all was flowing well. It was under an hours work. As he recommends, we're now looking to changing out the toilet to ensure no more repeat of the same occurrence. Thank you thank you thank you for saving the day JACOB!!

I recommend these guys than Alan's plumbing and Steve's Plumbing any day of the week. these guys were professional they gave me a blow-by-blow of what was going on. if there were more stars to give then deserve a ten.

I've been dealing with a water leak in my yard since March 2021. Mind you, my entire waterline was renewed to code back in October 2020 with a different plumbing company. I called Roto Rooter to fix the ""pinhole"" issue that was causing the water leak and they patched the hole. We asked the agent what could have caused this pinhole and they simply said it could've been small blue rocks from our rock wall!? They said, it happens. Mind you, there are no trees or anything planted in our yard. A few months passed and in June, a few more pinholes leaked in the same area and I called Roto Rooter again. They came patched it up and literally was mind blown that this could've happened again! Again they couldn't figure out what was causing the leak! The VERY next day, more leaks!!!! We called them again and they recommended we just replace the entire copper pipes that could resolve this matter for good and so we did because we didn't want to deal with it anymore! Come August, a huge leak, again, same area, same issue! We decided to call a different local plumbing company. They came, seen the issue and immediately knew that we had a major electrolysis issue that is causing the leaks!!! Apparently there are specific water pipes that are used to withstand electrolysis!!! The local plumbing fixed it!!! My point is ROTO ROOTER didnt have any knowledge of this and we spent over $1500 with them just ""patching"" the issue!! It was demoralizing coming home to a yard full of water and my kids couldn't even play in the yard!! I reached out to Roto Rooter MANAGER BILLY BARUT @ [email protected] to explain our frustration and lack of knowledge their team had and asked for just a partial refund! Well, Mr. Billy Barut came up with all the excuses and brushed us off since September and we have not heard back from him!!! I'm so disappointed with the service and he couldn't even make it right!!! Don't recommend this company at all!!!!

I wanted to let everyone know that I received fast and efficient service to fix the plumbing problem and my house. I expected it to take longer, but only took 15 minuetes. A hard working employee named Harley with great customer service, if you have plumbing problems call rotto rotter and ask for Harley if you want the job done right. VERY impressed.

I called them as my drains in my bar were backing up (but not my kitchen). After a few tries at snaking it the guy looked at my grease trap and told me that was why they were backed up. I tried to explain to him that i was pretty sure my kitchen was hooked up to my grease trap but not my bar drains (i had talked to the maintenance guys on property and the other bar owners) and we all tried explaining to him that it was a different set up but he refused to hear me, charged me and that was that. The next day i had someone (not a plumber) come spend a little more time snaking it and they cleared everything! Amazing how someone who is supposed to work for a reputable company and be a licensed plumber has no idea what he's talking about but everyone else around understood and we're able to fix the issue FOR FREE! Very disappointed, will never call them again.

we called Roto Rooter, who said they would be here about 9am or so, and he would call first. Jessie Fisher of Roto Rooter called at 8am, came at 9am. the job was to locate our cesspool. he located it in 5 minutes. Jessie then said, since I am paying for the agreed upon minimum charge of an hour, he might as well go dig to find the cesspool, which was buried in 2-3 ft of soil. he found and uncovered the cesspool. I have never written a review before, but thought I had to write a review of such excellent above the call service. I highly recommend Jessie. Myles K. in Kula Maui
