Oliver was a good technician, but the price was much higher than expected. Yes, I was told that a free estimate would be provided by technician when they see what is required. But the technician told me the flat rate for unclogging a drain in the wall was $356 plus tax. Yes, I could have said no, but I had made myself available and was between a rock and a hard place. Please advise representatives taking calls to provide customer with the minimum cost and let them know it could be higher. I would not have used this service if I had known the going rate. Finally, I had a coupon for $60 off on any plumbing or drain cleaning service which was not honored. Will not use this company again, and do not recommend others to use either.

Super fast, efficient, and professional. I called to have someone fix my toilet, and they sent someone out the same day in less than 2 hours. The technician was friendly and professional. He explained the situation, and made me feel comfortable about what needed to be done to fix the problem. The whole appointment was less than an hour, which made me very happy. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone looking for a good plumbing company.

When I call, I get a recording that the phone is disconnected. I sent a letter, and it was returned unopened by the USPS. I think they went out of business.

Excellent, amazing to get a plumber within a 2 hour time frame. Came out immediately, diagnosed the problem then called me with a quote for labor and parts. One of the parts had to be purchased at warehouse and he did that the next morning and came out and installed it. This service is above and beyond for Hawaii. Immediate, professional, and reasonable price. I'll be sure and call them again.

The service was excellent. The tech that came was Rance. He called and was right on time. Very courteous and professional. Told me on the phone about the charges and he explained in detail what everything was going to cost. Took care of my problem and even checked with my neighbors because we share the same line. Explained everything he was doing and when he was done, he walked me through what he did and I felt very satisfied with the job. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing problem you might have

We moved into a house that has one of those water saving toilets and we immediately had issues with it. Called Roto-Rooter and the guy charged us almost $300 to unclog the bathroom. The guy who fixed it said we need to flush once for waste and separately for paper. We did just that and the toilet still clogged the very next day with only water in the toilet. I've tried calling and calling but no one answers, not the plumber directly or the business. UPDATE: I called a different #for ROto rooter and they sent out a different guy for FREE to take a deeper look, his name is Wyott and he told me to call him if it happens again as it may be something internal. Changing from 1 star to 3.

There was a problem with our toilet and I called they said they will send someone to the house within 3 hours. In less than half an hour, the technician Joseph (#3465) came to the house and took care of our problem. The service I receive was excellent and helpful.
