Beware of ROTO- Rooter!! RIP OFF!! Had kitchen faucet installed while out of town. On a Monday during the day. Charged us $339 labor for less than 25 minutes install. We provided faucet and all they had to do was unscrew old faucet and install new one- no putty, no extra materials. After questioning issue, found average price to be $114 to $124 by everyone else. Was told by a manager(?) that they actually gave us a discount of $170.. You can't make this up! 1st time shame on them! BEWARE!

Roto-Rooter in Marietta is the worst. They are rude and incompetent. They don't return calls, and don't follow through - repeatedly. I previously had an account for a decade. I would choose anyone else if you value your home. I understand the management has changed twice in the past year but to the bad unfortunately. Kevin Johns

I chose service for a clogged bathtub for the hours of 12 noon to 4pm on Wednesday, Nov. 21. I received a call at approximately 3:30pm informing me that they were backed up and it would be later. I received another call at 6pm that they were still backed up, and the last call I received at 9pm, I was told she was unsure when I would be serviced so I could change my appointment. I canceled! Apparently they overbooked and still wanted to get more money instead of not taking more appointments than they could handle.

Called with a plumbing emergency that I came home to after work thinking that as a 24/7, this company could help. They let me know they did not have a plumber available. Try elsewhere.

My experience with Roto-Rooter was great! I must say; it had to be one of the best experiences I have ever had with a service call. Mr. Owen was the tech dispatched to my location. All I knew was that my man hole was backed up. This created a problem for me, not only because it happened on a holiday but also because I was expecting guests. When Mr. Owen arrived at my location he was on time and to say he was professional and pleasant would be an understatement. He articulated in a manner which was clear and precise the situation at hand; he took his time and did not rush the visit. He was efficient and cleared the problem, which was a main line blockage. Before leaving Mr. Owen took time to ensure that his work area was put back in place and clean. I was completely satisfied and felt as if this tech was my own personal service repairman. Way to go Roto-Rooter!!!!!!!!!
