Very pleased with the service we received today. We had a major hot water line break late last night, but were able to turn our entire water off the main right away, so fairly minimal damage to the house. I then called Roto- Rooter Plumbers last night to ask for a plumber for this morning. A very pleasant person took our info & told me someone would call me this AM. The long story short-is, that we had Dylan at our door bright and early, he located the leak behind the wall, cut through the drywall, had to go and get a part, returned, installed a whole new section of pipe & was finished before noon. ( which was before I could even get another plumber out to look) Very pleasant, competent service, reasonably priced. Will definitely use their service again.

My kitchen sink wouldn't drain this morning. In less than 2 hours, Dylan was here. He was very professional and efficient. He fixed the kitchen sink, bathroom sinks and tub.

Can you say upsell? $300 job turns into $1800? I understand we got some variables here but how can you be off by so much?? Classic up sell company, employs bad business practices, doesn't care about the customer. Try Mr Rooter or Henry's.

Had a significant issue with water backing up in the drains. Spoke with Tina who was fantastic... she sent Matthew who arrived about 30 min later. Matthew came in and got the job done in about an hour. Very happy with the outcome and the people that I was involved with.

Only place in town with an auger long enough for my property so I am stuck with them when my drains clog. Worst customer service ever. Every time I have called, I get a technician named Clay who promises a couple of hours. Now I understand that I have to wait my turn, but I don't appreciate being put to the end of the line over and over, every single time. This morning he said by noon. I called at 1:30 and he said 2 hours tops. I called at 4 and he said an hour. At 5:15 I called dispatch and took a fit. He just said he was on his way, half an hour. I am now missing a church gig at 6pm and my evening plans. This happens every time. Every. Single. Time. My advice is to avoid rotorooter if you possibly can. They lie.

**UPDATE** The master plumber (Kyle) came out and explained what he did and fixed the issue. He also sent the receipt right after. This is what we wanted done the first time, but we're glad it was fixed before it got worse. Thank you for correcting the issue! The technician came out Wed to look at our issue and yesterday they came to fix it. A little after they got here they said they have the wrong part so they left and returned. They were here about 10min and packed up their tools and headed straight to the door without saying anything. They seemed in a rush to leave, but I stopped on of the techs to make sure i got the email receipt (which I have still yet to receive). Today the issue was worse than what it originally was and had to call another tech to come out. The tech came today advised if we move/knock on the pipes it will cause it to leak...WE ARE PAYING TO HAVE IT FIXED NOT TO GET EXCUSES AND HAVE THE JOB RUSHED! The tech said he'll come back and fix it later today and stated the tech that came prior was new... This will be the last time we EVER use this company.

Worst customer service ever. The receptionist, Tina, is great. When the technician arrived, he walked around, went back to his truck and never came back in. Never even explained why he was leaving or call back to explain. We just waited and waited. When I called back, Tina informed me that the technician told her that he couldn't address our issue. Thats fine, just communicate. I feel sorry for Tina

My mother called Roto-Rooter due to outside leak from incoming or outgoing water line causing standing water in the shrub area. The guy dug a hole approximately 14"""" round and 12"""" deep. First he flushed the sewer line to make sure the leak wasn't there when he noticed clean water slowly seeping around the entrance cap. He started digging toward the house where the incoming line should be. Eventually he found it but ended up puncturing a hole in the line with his shovel. My mother noticed what happened and commented about it and how she shouldn't be charged for that repair. After he repaired the slice he made he finally found where to leak was coming from. There was an on/off valve underground, about 9"""" from his repair job, that had rusted out. He cut the valve out added a new piping and reconnected the line. My mother asked him about filling the hole knowing the water would have the be drained out or dry out. He told her it should remain open a few days before covering the hole. She said should I call you and he said no, we don't fill holes after a job. She was livid. After used a bucket to get a major of the water out she let the rest dry out. She had to buy top soil (guy through soil everywhere in his dig) packed it in good and filled the hole. This guy charged her $425 for snaking and then removing the valve. She called the office and found out they ARE suppose to fill any holes they dig. My mother is 71 yrs. old, the manager came out and apologized for them not filling the hole but gave her NO compensation for filling it or for the top soil. I found out later she was overcharged for the work especially, considering what she had to do. Would not recommend Roto-Rooter if that is how they treat people, especially women and elderly women at that.

Bath tub would not drain; shower backed up and full of water, and toilets overflowing. Yes that was my night. Sadly, this is not the first time this has happened to us but it was the first time we could not get the water to go back down. We have had plumbers come look at this from several different companies and still we were having the same issues. We called them at 11pm and did not get a call back. We followed up at 11.30pm and the manager called us back. The on call tech was in Hinesville and they were still working the job. The manager came to our house and was the first one to actually fix the issues. He will be coming by next week to install a clean out for far less then we were quoted by a prior company. I am beyond grateful that when my children woke up they had working toilets. THANK YOU

Terrible place of business! Call Thursday and was suppose to have a technician come out, they called and requested it be moved till Friday because it was late. Then Friday comes around no call no show, I call them and the after hours line picks up... tells me no one can come out and she will leave a message for the main desk Monday and they would call me first thing. Well it's almost 7 pm Monday night and once again no call! This place is absolutely terrible.
