At the end of the day, my drain clog was fixed. The price I paid? A full service fee as quoted over the phone of $179, a flood in my kitchen, damage to my new cabinets (which the tech basically ignored until he told me there is nothing they will do about it), and an hour+ of cleaning up grease and water all over the kitchen after the job was done. Needless to say, I will not be calling them again.

I've been using them for years. I was always happy with their service. Today I called for an issue. I ask how much it will be. Oh I don't know. Well the last time you were here it was $200.00. The technician will tell you when he arrives.They tell me they'll be here at 2:00 pm . At 300 I call and ask where is the plumber? Oh we misplaced your order. Plumber shows at 4:00 . Ok how how much ? $ 350.00 . Oh our prices went up since we were there two months ago. 75%? Yep. What a ripoff. Never use them again. Terrible customer service.

Called to say they were on the way. Showed up, kept work area clean, snaked kitchen drain, tested for clog and had it freed 1st pass. Nice guy. I think it was a grease clog, because the drain has slowed again a few days later. Not the technician's fault though! Great thing about Roto-Rooter is that they have the 30-day guarantee!
